Long winter, lack of sunlight and vitamins, the race for money, family troubles exhaust your psyche and body. You feel that everything is falling out of your hands, and you have no strength to fight life. You often get sick, but continue to go to work. It seems that if you slow down, the world will collapse and you will find yourself on the verge of starvation. Are you serious? Horses die from work. A man goes crazy from mental fatigue and ends up in the hospital. If you don’t want to give yourself a break and restore your energy, the men and women in white coats will do it for you. Stop, exhale and recharge your energy. You must do this. You can do it! You get irritated easily. Absolutely everything sets you off. You haven't noticed this before. A stain on your clothes, a bad joke from a colleague, a spilled glass of water makes you furious. You understand that this is nothing, but there is something inside you that is uncontrollable. The ideal time of day for you is when there are no people around. You don't want to hear people's voices, their laughter. Absolutely everything infuriates you. There is no motivation for trivial work and it takes you twice as long as before. You force yourself to do absolutely everything: wake up, wash, eat... Mental activity brings special discomfort. You can't help but feel like you've been hit over the head with a pillow. You feel relatively comfortable sitting on the sofa late at night, looking through the wall, and feeling good about not having to do anything. High Anxiety You experience anxiety attacks more often than usual. Everyone experiences this feeling in their own way, but one thing is clear - this state is very uncomfortable. Anxiety interferes with work, communication with people, and most importantly, sleep. At night you are bothered by thoughts about how bad everything is and how it will be even worse. This is a vicious circle that leads to insomnia and severe physical exhaustion. Sleep Problems This continues the theme of anxiety and exhaustion. A healthy body should want to sleep and wake up after 7-8 hours. At first your body cannot fall asleep, and then you cannot wake it up. Absolutely all the rhythms are off. This condition can literally drive you crazy. Dizziness and nausea Problems with sleep and anxiety have led to you eating poorly. It seems that the body is about to die and has stopped wanting to eat. It doesn't make you feel dizzy. If you manage to stuff a piece of food into yourself, you begin to feel sick. Considering your general physical condition, this is not surprising. Bottom Line: Most likely, you feel the full range of symptoms described. It's time for you to save yourself. I'm not talking about trips to the islands or long trips around Europe, most of us can't afford that. But anyone can retire from work for 5 days. Get enough sleep, take a course of vitamins, read, watch TV series, in general, do what brings relaxation. The battery in your body is low. The body and consciousness are screaming about it, but you are so tired that you are not able to understand it. Read more of my articles on my Yandex Zen channel. Subscribe and like.
