From the author: There are times in our lives when fear and aggression overwhelm us, driving us into a state of acute stress, which has a very negative impact on our health and ability live a full life. If you are interested in how you can get out of this state, then you can read my article. Today I wanted to think about fear, aggression and tension in the body... All these aspects are closely intertwined with each other. I recently experienced a mixture of fear and aggression and my body reacted very quickly with severe tension in the body, spasm of the digestive organs, headache and bags under the eyes. I decided to take this moment very consciously and study this relationship in more detail, so to speak, from personal experience. I studied the mechanism of the influence of fear and aggression on the human body. Under the influence of these emotions, adrenocorticotropic hormone is released into the blood, which mobilizes the body to flee or attack. If there is no bodily action in response to emotions, then adrenaline remains in the human body, blocking the normal functioning of the body. This is how we develop rapid heartbeat (and then heart disease), bodily tension (muscle spasms and pain), problems with the digestive system (gastritis, ulcers, dyskinesia), headaches (due to spasms of muscles and blood vessels) and many other disorders .What to do? It is necessary to have a comprehensive effect on the body. For several days after an acute stressful situation, physical activity is needed (dancing, sports, active physical work, etc.). Physical activity helps remove adrenaline from the body. At the same time, you need to relax the muscles of the body (breathing practices, water procedures, aromatherapy, etc.). Relaxation helps to normalize all functions of the body. Positive emotions are needed (communication with loved ones, creativity, etc.) Hormones of joy (serotonin and endorphin), as opposed to adrenaline, relax the body and help improve the physiological functions of the body. It is necessary to exclude the intake of nicotine, alcohol and coffee, as they enhance the effect produced by adrenaline on the body, which puts the body into an even more stressful state. Be careful and gentle with yourself! Remember that thoughts, the emotional-sensory sphere and the body are in inextricable unity with each other and any problem requires an integrated approach! Health and harmony to everyone! Photo from the Internet, author unknown.
