I haven’t advertised much before, but at sessions or between sessions with clients we often coordinate and carry out exercises from T.O.T. I share elements. And, yes, we often also keep in touch with clients online correspondence + everyone has the right to call and talk with me, if something is urgent, for 15 minutes. All this is free. So, here is an exercise that I offer to clients or in groups (as a warm-up), it can cause strong resistance. If there is an internal protest, then we discuss this with clients personally. So, a way to easily and simply bring yourself in order and get rid of unpleasant sensations. Sometimes we carry large and small burdens within us, which takes away a lot of our strength and suppresses the state of lightness and liveliness in the body. For example, perhaps in everyday life, thoughts of this order may come to mind: Again, I didn’t succeed...” “I don’t know how... and I’ll never learn how to do it.” And someone may say to themselves: “I’ve been making a lot of mistakes lately. There’s probably something wrong with me.” Another may think: “Anyway, I’m not as smart as others. Why should I try in vain?” Perhaps after the session you also have thoughts that provoke painful feelings. They can devalue the result of the work. Of course, we “deal with” INNER FIGURES at meetings. But it is also important to warm up your BODY. Heaviness often accumulates in the body and can be very burdensome, so it is important to pay attention to it and free yourself from it.❗Exercise requires an outlet beyond the usual persona and poses of “steadfast/attractive/successful/stately, etc.” and provokes liveliness, a somewhat animalistic order - flexibility in the body, the ability to go beyond boundaries. Surely each of you has seen how a wet dog shakes itself off. She shakes her back and head so that all the water splashes to the sides. Now you can do approximately the same thing. Stand so that there is enough space around you. You can literally mentally imagine what your inner Dog looks like 🐕 🐕 Now feel it inside you. You are her. Imagine that you are wet to the skin... and your clothes and body have become heavy. You are like a wet dog... Start shaking yourself off, that is, shaking, for starters, with your palms. Then - work your elbows... shoulders. At the same time, imagine how everything unpleasant and painful, for example, heavy worries and bad thoughts about yourself - everything flies off you like water. Then shake off your legs - from your feet to your hips. And then shake head❗but be careful with your neck. It will be even more useful if you make some sounds while doing this. / it’s also about unlocking yourself, sounding, inner freedom. Now dust off your face and listen to how fervently your voice can change when your mouth shakes. Imagine that all the unpleasant burden falls off you, and you become MORE ALIVE, ACTIVE, FIRST. NOW YOU CONTROL YOUR BODY, not the heaviness in it that has accumulated over the past days. Ps. I recommend paying attention to the fact that so much energy is released when the “masks” are removed during the exercise. By the way, the “dog inside”, and at the same time spontaneity and lightness, is very interesting to show in front of the mirror. By the way, it is not necessary to shake off just your negative attitudes (well, we understand that in their place it is important to form new, constructive ones). The practice of “shaking off” may well include the imposed opinions of others regarding your personality.
