Assertive psychotechnologies imply the initial acceptance by a person of a number of assertive skills and awareness of general assertive rights, which are special principles or commandments. In this case, you should limit yourself only to comments about the behavior of the interlocutor, but in no case his personality. It is worth clearly expressing your wishes, ideas and thoughts on this matter. Offer a compromise solution. Always speak only for yourself, avoid generalizations. Sincere praise can defuse the situation and add positivity to the situation - note those traits in the person that truly inspire admiration. There are general conditions for the effectiveness of using assertive techniques: You must be absolutely convinced of the morality and correctness of your own words and actions. The goal of the assertive technique must be to improve the quality of communication and relationships. Your state corresponds to complete relaxation and peace. Thoughts must be expressed unambiguously, clearly and clearly. Be polite. The use of the above recommendations cannot save you from mental problems, however, with their help you can to some extent improve the quality of communication with others and reduce the effect of some stress factors.
