An entrepreneur is a person who strives to create new business ideas and innovations, take risks and look for new opportunities to develop his business. A businessman, on the other hand, is focused on managing an existing business, optimizing it and maximizing profits. Entrepreneurial business requires a certain set of psychological qualities. Some of them are listed below: Self-confidence: An entrepreneur must have confidence in his abilities and believe in the success of his business. This will help him take risky decisions and not be afraid of failure. Perseverance: An entrepreneur must be persistent and willing to work hard despite difficulties and obstacles. He must be prepared for the fact that success may take a lot of time and effort. Creativity: An entrepreneur must have creative thinking and the ability to find new ideas and opportunities for his business. Problem Solving Ability: An entrepreneur must be able to analyze complex situations and find effective solutions problems. He must be able to make quick decisions and act based on data rather than emotions. Communication Ability: The entrepreneur must be able to persuade, communicate and network with clients, partners and colleagues. Flexibility: The entrepreneur must be flexible and ready to change in the market and business strategies. He must be able to adapt to new conditions and quickly change plans when necessary. Stress tolerance: An entrepreneur must be able to manage his emotions and remain calm in difficult situations. He must be able to control his stress and not allow it to influence his decision making. Self-discipline: An entrepreneur must be self-disciplined and willing to work on his tasks and goals without external pressure. Of course, this is not a complete list of psychological qualities that an entrepreneur should have, but these are some of the main ones.
