Biorhythms of sexuality are fluctuations in sexual desire over time. Its regulation is carried out by the nervous and endocrine systems. The trajectory of gliding along the waves of sexuality is purely individual and depends on environmental factors and social conditions, on age, sexual constitution, psycho-emotional state... and of course on hormones. Fluctuations in sexuality are seasonal, monthly, daily. For example, female attraction increases mainly in the spring (April-May), but male attraction increases closer to the coolness of autumn (late August-October). The decrease in libido in both sexes coincides: December–January. A woman’s sexual rhythms are directly determined by the 28-day menstrual cycle. A man's sexuality is regulated by the 22-day cycle of the sex hormone testosterone. DAILY BIORHYTHMS OF SEXUALITY If we take the average activity of the production of sex hormones as 100% MEN at 7 o'clock in the morning - 120%, by 9 o'clock - 150% Therefore, most men love morning sex! By 10 o'clock there is a slight decrease, at 11 o'clock there is a rise again, which continues almost the whole day At 16:00 the libido strength reaches its maximum: 150-170%; at 18:00 - a noticeable decline to 70%; from 19:00 to 22:00, desire increases again: hormone levels are 120-140%; after 22:00 and until the morning - the most significant decrease in libido is before 60% WOMENonly by 12 o'clock desire begins to awaken; by 16 o'clock libido flares up to its daily maximum: 140-150% by 18 o'clock female desire is reduced (as well as male) up to 22 o'clock libido is still low after 23 o'clock the level of female hormones is steadily increasing and reaches 160-180% This explains the activation of female passion closer to midnight. By and large, there are few coincidences in the biorhythms of the sexual desires of men and women. A man's libido increases dramatically in the morning, when the concentration of testosterone increases several times. The peak of a woman’s desires occurs closer to the night, when there is a powerful release of estrogen. The sexual biorhythms of men and women coincide in the middle of the day, between 2 and 4 p.m. The desynchronization of rhythms in intimate life can also be influenced by the partners’ belonging to extreme chronotypes: “larks” - “owls.” Inconsistencies in sexual peaks can lead to discoloration of sex and even the destruction of relationships. Therefore, to harmonize intimate life in a couple, mutual “adjustment” is required. Fortunately, sex depends not only on the level of hormones, but also on events, thoughts, emotions...
