We go to work and get paid for it. We think that we are paid for the time we work and “for being tired.” However, this is fundamentally wrong. They pay for the professionalism we show. Continuing to perform our usual job duties day after day, we get a predictably fixed result. However, if you manage to “tweak” the basic settings a little, then the financial result will become completely different. Money is payment for work: The more valuable your work is for the employer (or for clients), the higher your salary. Thus, increasing your usefulness , you will automatically start earning more money. There are 3 ways by which you can increase your income by 30-50%. 1) Advanced training. This is the most accessible way (each of us can use it). New professional skills will make you a “universal soldier ”, which will be doubly necessary (and useful) for your boss: It is the professionals in their field who receive the highest salaries. They are constantly trying to “entice” them to a new workplace, offering the most favorable conditions on the labor market. 2) Increased productivity. Personal efficiency and performance has nothing to do with it (since no person can work non-stop 24/7). Increasing productivity happens in a completely different way - you must start managing other people. As soon as you learn to work with “other people's” hands and brains, you You will immediately make significant progress both in terms of your income and career ladder. 3) Change the region in which you live and work. The same job - depending on the region - can bring in completely different money. Right now, work out options for moving there , where your professional qualities are valued much higher. A little tip: You can do without a “physical” move - today, using the Internet, you can easily find remote work anywhere in the world. SUMMARY: When choosing a new job, make sure that it offers you decent prospects (you have room to grow). Take it easy, as the Americans say. Relax and take action. It is in your best interest to move into the future rather than stay stuck in the past.
