From the author: Harmony is the moment when the Gods dance within us, when the feminine (Anima) and the masculine (Animus) unite in sacred marriage. When connecting, Anima and Animus form a bridge between the Ego and the Self. A sketch about integrity in the unity of body, soul and spirit. Shakti dances while Shiva looks at her. The evening covered the space with soft flakes. Flakes of snow darkening in the evening blue covered the streets. The same blue filled the room. The light from the night lamp was no longer enough. She missed this light, and she turned on the chandelier, although she usually preferred dim light. Just yesterday she burned candles, watching the wax melt and flow onto the surface of the console. Turning the chandelier “on full”, she focused on herself - on her body. Today it was especially important for her to be in her body. By wiggling her toes, she seemed to remind herself “I am here.” After sitting still for a while and turning off her thoughts, she noticed a slight movement in her body. It was as if an invisible wave was rising from her center to the top of her head. Somewhere over her head, a white lotus was blooming in a purple glow. This feeling was calming. Warmth spread throughout her body, filling her with the joy of being and peace. She, following the internal rhythm, stood up and walked around, slightly swaying her hips, to the beat of inaudible music. The sound was inside. She found the right melody, and the room was filled with divine sounds. It was something classical with ethnic oriental motifs. She didn't know this melody. So, I just liked something meditative on the Internet. The soul liked it. And now the soul sang to the beat of the music. Gradually, the sounds filled not only the outer space, but also penetrated into her very essence. Her body and soul united in a light dance. She felt that once such dances were part of a mystical ritual symbolizing the meeting of God and Goddess. Filled with music, she felt them inside. Now she turned to them with a request to calm her core, and as if, obeying her thoughts, the inner deities filled her with an ocean of calm. All swayed on the waves of bliss - her soul, body, chandelier and the whole room. She saw his silhouette and, although in the inner space He was felt like a deity, the image that arose was perceived as a real earthly man. He gave her a feeling of peace, the very thing that gives rise to a woman's confidence. A woman’s confidence is not in the severity of forms, not a straight axis, but an ocean full of peace. He, the one she knew inside, the one who appeared before her as a silhouette, filled her body with peace. But this was a special ocean - a place where He met Her. Thus God meets the Goddess. God puts a snow-white wreath of a thousand petal lotus on the Goddess's head and the Goddess bows before him, accepting his gift. Then the Goddess crowns the head of God with a purple crown, and he bows before her, accepting her gift. Light emanates from them and washes away the inner vanity. The whole body is filled with a violet-white glow. God and Goddess merge and disappear inside the flame - become a single stream of light. She feels the light vibrating in her, spiraling upward. “Hello!” - she says to her new self. She knows that the sacred marriage has happened, she feels that she looks differently. The world around is seen differently, and her eyes glow with divine light - the light of love. Inside, God and the Goddess love each other, uniting her spirit and soul with body. “I’m here!” - she says. “I FEEL!” she whispers to herself. Now she feels her body and knows exactly what to give it.... Her back hurts a little... But once upon a time she seemed not to notice fatigue. Her arms are tense... But she didn’t notice that either. And something aching under the rib on the side of the heart. But it seems like it wasn’t... Her whole being is asking for love. Now she’s alive again! God and the Goddess fill it, reviving it and returning it to the body, to the body, which needs love just like the soul. PS Our body also needs attention and care. Someone said beautifully that the body is the house of the soul. We were taught develop the mind, take care of spiritual development, and only sometimes we remember the soul... and even less often the body.O.
