A mandala is a symbolic image The Universe or our inner world in the shape of a circle. The word mandala translated from Sanskrit means “sacred circle.” In ancient Indian literature it meant: circle, ball, orbit, wheel, ring, country, space, totality, society, assembly. In the Buddhist tradition, the term Mandala has an additional number of meanings: 1) a magical diagram used in the practice of contemplation; 2) philosophical concept of the Universe, or “map” of the cosmos; 3) a hierarchical ladder on which the pantheon of gods is located. Carl Gustave Jung was the first to introduce the idea of ​​the mandala to Western psychologists. Jung came to the conclusion that the mandala method is the path to our center, to the discovery of our unique individuality. When we draw a mandala, it is ready to show us the path to communication and exchange of information with the entire Universe. Through images, sensations, subtle vibrations, the mandala we created is ready to teach us to realize our true desires, live creatively, set goals, and develop an action plan. By drawing a mandala, you will part with depression, phobias and fears that frighten you and prevent you from living. This happens because our brain protects us, it is recognized to ensure our safety. No one explained to him that by parting with negative emotions and changing your life for the better, you will not harm your health. The process of creating a mandala is long and fascinating. The brain realizes that you are safe, that nothing is happening to you. He falls silent, and your soul and body help you change your life for the better. They are the source of wisdom, knowledge and your support! They know the answer to any question you ask! The body keeps your happiness and is ready to give this happiness to you!
