Separation always has a painful effect, especially on one of the parting parties. Life changes dramatically, testing people's strength. And even if the separation ended with a reunion, then these are completely different people, and the old relationship goes away, giving way locally to new ones. Only a person who has experienced a breakup can understand how painful it is, comparable to a catastrophe, when you stand looking at a tornado and cannot do anything. You stand rooted to the spot, you are already inside the funnel, and everything is spinning, everything is breaking, you are powerless. It is very difficult to survive a breakup when you already have not a year, not two, or even 5 years behind you, but much more. Fates are intertwined in a tight ball, the person becomes your family, you have a common past, children, and perhaps there were plans for the future. And all this breaks on a stone, all in one moment. And there are a lot of questions in your head, somewhere you blame yourself, somewhere you blame your ex-other half, you seem to be rethinking your past life, and trying to understand where someone stumbled. You must be able to survive this difficult period in life and not break down, but rather mature and become morally stronger. You should not rush to extremes and take up alcohol and cigarettes if you have not smoked before. We must accept this as a lesson that life has taught us in order to strengthen our character, develop perseverance and prudence. • If you have a common child, then you should immerse yourself in the family. Do everything so that your child survives this tragedy with the least psychological wounds. • Get busy at work, and perhaps change your job. • Being creative will have a beneficial and healing effect on you. • A trip to some country, or to an island, if, of course, the financial sphere of your life allows you to do this. • Another thing that helps you get over a breakup very well is setting goals for the future. And not just goals, but tasks on the way to achieving these goals. • Art therapy, which you can do yourself at home, helps very well. First, you should draw your negative emotions, which suppress your vitality, preventing you from moving forward (this drawing can be burned, and all your negative emotions and blocks will be incinerated with it). Then sit down with your child or alone and just draw. Draw yourself, people dear to your heart, a dream, the stages leading to this very dream. The main thing to remember is that no matter how difficult it is at the moment, the sun will definitely shine ahead of you, you will bathe in its rays with a person dear to your heart who is already waiting to meet you.
