As a child, I had one cherished dream - a Barbie doll. Our family lived very modestly, three children, dad worked 2 shifts, mom took care of us, and when maternity leave ended, she also went to work. Those were difficult times. And I, as a child, saw all this and understood that there wasn’t much money in the family. Only for the most necessary things, and not always. That's why I didn't have any dreams. Why dream if it won’t happen. But still, there was one exception for me. I had one girlish dream. I dreamed of a Barbie doll. She is so beautiful, slender, but very expensive. I knew that my parents would never buy her for me, since finances did not allow it, well, at all... I don’t remember what class it was, but it was definitely an elementary school. February 19 was my day birth. I was in class then. I remember this day as it is now. I had my class teacher, the school was her family, and our class was her children, although she had a son. I went into the class and they began to congratulate me on my birthday. And then Dima (the son of our class) took out a pink box with a Barbie twist and gave it to me. You can’t even imagine how happy little I was!!! My dream came true, you understand... something that NEVER should have come true happened... She was so beautiful. Her name was Suzanne. Beautiful green eyes, brown curly hair, a long shimmering pink dress and pearlescent heels. She was wonderful! This is what a real dream looks like!))) When my mother found out that I had been given such a gift, she told me that I should return it back... but despite the fact that I was a very obedient girl and my mother’s word was the law, I said that she couldn’t be returned! It was a real miracle for me, a miracle! My parents could never afford to buy me such an expensive gift. I don’t know how this was possible for my teacher, but then it didn’t matter to me! After all, I had her - my Suzanne. With this I would like to say that NEVER stop dreaming! Dreams really do come true! Sometimes in a completely unusual way. (The doll was different, I didn’t find it similar to mine, but in the photo she’s also a brunette)).
