How not to become a queen. If you read the previous article, then you probably remember that in the classification of unhappy women, “Queen” comes first. Queens are usually very beautiful, sophisticated and elegant. This makes them stand out from the crowd of women, but does not guarantee family happiness. They often graduate from school with a gold medal and from a prestigious university with honors. That's all! Then normal life begins. Work is home, home is work. Age takes its toll even after 30+ - the Queen is already an ordinary woman, but her high-society ambitions are still with her. And with such ambitions, it is extremely difficult to build a happy relationship, even at 18 years old, and over the years it becomes more and more difficult to do this. The King is played by his retinue, and so is the Queen. Usually it all starts with mom and dad. Everyone admires a beautiful girl, praises her, gives her gifts, proudly takes her to prestigious sections and clubs. Everything is going as usual. The queen is always in sight, always ahead thanks to her appearance and also her intelligence - usually she is a very good, diligent and hardworking girl. But she is growing up and the praise of her teachers and the admiration of her mother and father are no longer enough for her, but the clearly formed image of an ideal girl does not allow her to leave the framework drawn by her environment. And I want it so bad! Sometimes you want to give up everything or give up on everything, but the habit of behaving ideally is stronger than this desire. The Queen cannot behave like everyone else, she must behave like a queen! And the Queen must have a king! That's the whole problem! The Queen may not meet the King and will have to, the King will marry Cinderella! What then should the Queen be like? The Queen cannot lose her royal dignity. And she will have to while away her life alone! So, let's figure out how not to become a queen! Let's go back to childhood. At your age, when you had not yet been praised, no one had yet admired you, and there was nothing royal about you yet. Usually this is age 5+ or a little more, a little less. Look at yourself as a child from the perspective of yourself today. What are you doing, what are you doing, who is next to you? The most important thing is to see if you are happy? And now imagine that there is a parallel time line next to you on the left or right. They also love you there, but they don’t make you a queen. You are simply loved! And you grow in love and happiness, and this happiness permeates your whole life! And you, too, radiate happiness and share this light of happiness with everyone around you. You reach the ideal time line, are a little 2-3 days ahead of your current self and look from the future at your present self. What do you see? Do you like yourself? What qualities or resources would you add to yourself? Let's say you decide to add to yourself: freedom from empty restrictions; family happiness; happy love; joy; success in your personal life. Now imagine that you are a bartender and you are preparing a resource cocktail for yourself. You pour all the resources you have listed into a beautiful glass, stir lightly, put a straw in the glass and admire your cocktail! What color is it? Does it have an aroma? What should it taste like? Now you smooth your lips with a straw and, as you inhale, inhale this magical cocktail, and as you exhale, distribute it throughout your body. Repeat inhale and exhale 3 times. How do you feel now? What do you think about yourself? What is your intuition telling you now? Is it good for you to be not a Queen, but an ordinary happy woman! Good practice!
