No matter what age we are, we all have an inner child inside us. Depending on how he feels, our behavior and emotions will be reflected in ourselves. If, for example, our inner child is hurt or scared, then the same emotions will be felt by the adults in their lives. You may often see other people reacting childishly in certain situations, or even become aware of yourself when you react immaturely or excessively in an emotional way. It is likely that some trigger sets off an automatic program that our adult self implements inappropriate behavior or response, but we cannot stop it. The inner child influences us all the time. Who needs inner child healing? Perhaps everyone. It is often said that the vast majority of us carry emotional baggage from childhood or adolescence, and receiving help to heal the inner child can free us to live happier, more fulfilling lives. However, it is important to understand that such healing is not something that can done without your participation. And something that you, as a client, have some control over. Good rapport between client and therapist is very important, and there must be a willingness on the part of the client to communicate with their child while in hypnosis. Anyone can benefit from this therapeutic process, but it is especially beneficial for those who have had difficult childhoods, including those who suffered from physical or sexual violence. Healing the inner child can be very liberating and can work with both logical thinkers and those who are more self-reflective. It is a highly creative therapy that allows the client to engage their imagination and use their own creative resources to connect with their inner self and experience healing on a deep level. For those who are unaware of the source of their problems or pain, inner child healing can be a great way to reconnect with your self. Another important advantage of the process is that to some extent it can be without content. This means that people do not always need to disclose details of conversations or interactions with their inner child unless they choose to. In this way, it gives the client a degree of control over the therapy process. Healing the inner child can be a wonderful therapeutic process.
