Let's first define the terms and assume that stress is an overstrain of the body's regulatory systems (according to Kh.M. Aliev). In other words, stress occurs when the body cannot cope with the load placed on it (physical or psychological). Adaptive mechanisms laid down by nature stop working. Moreover, the degree of maladjustment is different for everyone, and depends on the personal characteristics of the person, on how the person psychologically assesses the situation as unacceptable, negative, rejected while simultaneously being unable to avoid it. In such a situation, predominantly mental overstrain occurs, which at the same time entails physiological overstrain. Here are the well-known consequences of chronic stress: fatigue, fatigue, chronically low mood, irritability or apathy, sleep and performance disorders, and other disorders. Among other things, these are also numerous diseases called diseases of adaptation (according to G. Selye), or diseases of civilization, or psychosomatic diseases. And these include hypertension, angina pectoris, stomach ulcers, bronchial asthma, diabetes mellitus, and some skin diseases (eczema, neurodermatitis, psoriasis), and colitis and much more. And behind all this there are simply failures to respond in time negative emotions! Moreover, many people do not even notice at first that they are in a tense state. But over time, an accumulation of stereotypically repeated unreacted negative emotions occurs, and this already leads to the development of numerous and varied bodily disorders, which we discussed above. And… the disease begins! How can we prevent the development of such phenomena in ourselves, be able to diagnose the level of stress in a timely manner, and most importantly, quickly relieve it, and at will, in any environment, even in the workplace, and without the use of psychotropic and narcotic drugs? The unique Russian method of self-regulation “Key”, which was developed by Dr. Khasai Magomedovich Aliyev back in 1981 for cosmonauts in Star City, will help you with this.
