And it’s hard to argue with that. Although...what if you catch it, either not salmon, or not from the pond? Let's talk about our internal prohibitions. I am an egocentric person and therefore I always illustrate the material with my own person (train on cats). So, about me. Somehow it turned out that the next stage of my training and the state of my health in the form of an acute respiratory infection coincided. It’s great that now this is not a problem and you can join the group online. It would seem, hurray! you don't lose anything and don't fall out of the process. Great? Not so. What kind of online learning is this? I definitely need to be present, to be in the thick of things, so I will understand better, etc. What is it about? About the fact that you need to try very, very hard, overcome, not become limp, not be lazy and in general. It is not for nothing that in many fairy tales the heroine, before becoming completely and irrevocably happy, had to suffer a lot: trample the nth pair of iron boots, eat the same amount of iron bread, and so on. It’s as if, somewhere ahead, at a customs point on the threshold of happiness, they will definitely ask you whether you suffered enough, whether you strained yourself well, and only then they will slap the coveted stamp on your pass. But is it always worth fighting like a fish against ice? Does everything in your life really have to come to you solely through hard work? Let's try to reformulate this idea. I offer my clients certain messages and together we look for the one that resonates specifically with them. I get everything in life easily and without effort! How do you like it? Personally, it doesn’t suit me very well, because... I am still convinced that you will have to make an effort somewhere. Some things can be done easily. You don't always have to give 100%. There are situations in which you can strain a little less. And that suits me. If I don’t feel well, then I can easily take care of myself, shout at my internal critics, and stay at home to absorb new knowledge and tea with lemon. But let’s return to our salmon. Will the probability of finding one from the pond increase in direct proportion to the number of hours spent with a fishing rod in hand? Very unlikely. And here it’s a good idea to correlate the degree and area of effort you put in. It's not always worth fighting like a fish against ice)
