I wanted to write a truly burning article in which I wanted to consider how a criminal can be attractive to the opposite sex. I believe that I understand the opposite sex quite well and the reasons why a man may be attractive to girls. Therefore, I will rely not only on theory, but also on my feelings. The first thought that came to my mind when answering the research question was mystery. Girls are good at falling in love with things they can't explain. When everything is clear, it’s boring, when you need to understand, it evokes emotions. That's why girls fall in love with bad guys, or rather with their disorders - their lives consist of unpredictability that you just want to understand. Therefore, I will consider the logic of the study from the point of view of “emotional dependence”, because the inexplicable in others is interesting to a greater extent for those people who are prone to codependency. People who are more autonomous may be put off by unpredictability in others. If you use your mystery consciously, you can make another person fall in love with you. This is not a secret; wise men and women always use it. It’s worse when this is used for malicious purposes. Further, when a person is already in a relationship with such a partner, he will be inclined to justify his behavior, thinking that he can help him. Such a person would become a good lawyer in court if he had to defend his partner. From a psychological point of view, this is a desire to replay the script. The psyche has found a person with whom it is trying to replay a scenario familiar from childhood - to understand and change a parent who was unfair to the child. In my opinion, for a criminal to be likable, he must be either charismatic and aggressive, or cold and unfeeling. In the first case, it already evokes emotions, in the second, you want to unravel it and understand it, which also arouses interest. My conclusions: 1) It is easier to fall in love with a criminal if you have a tendency toward codependency. 2) The personality of the criminal is unpredictable and incomprehensible, which arouses unconscious interest. Ps : I was inspired to write this article by documentaries about the lives of criminals. Surely, this topic is not the only one that interests me and it would be interesting to develop this topic.
