Dear friends! I sincerely hope that this article will be helpful both to the client and to the parents! At the seminars that I conduct for parents, there is an exercise that helps to understand what the child feels a child when they shout at him. It happens like this, the parents split into pairs. One participant should stand and shout at the other for some made-up reason, and the other participant should squat down or kneel down to be much smaller and say one phrase: “I’m small and I want to be loved.” At about the third repetition of this phrase, the parent who is in the child’s place begins to cry, tears flow non-stop... Very strong feelings come, often memories from their own childhood. After this exercise, it is almost impossible to shout at your child. All participants say that for the first time they felt what their child feels and experiences... Thanks to your👍I am increasingly inspired to create new and useful articles!
