What kind of training? - Often people, when they hear the name “Basic”, think that it is something simple, elementary. At the same time, “Basic” is one of the strongest personal growth trainings that currently exist. It includes a huge number of practical tools and exercises for which people go to practical psychology. - And how does “Basic” differ from other personal growth trainings? growth? So look, they all look the same... - “Basic” is extremely practical. There is no “metaphysics” here. No one will talk to you about sacred knowledge that is given only to a select few. “Basic” is only useful information, effective techniques and practices. During two days of intensive work, participants receive significant baggage to improve their lives. The kind of baggage that makes working on yourself fun. Brings positive results. And with each exercise you “discover” yourself deeper and deeper. Provided, of course, that you try it in practice. You integrate it into your life. After “Basic” people “suddenly” understand that those things that they considered something unattainable, almost like magic, are in fact quite simple and achievable.- What does the training include?- We examine the basics of self-management, the basics of communication - how to get along with people, how to correctly understand others, even when they do not understand themselves well. How to make a decision in a difficult situation when there is no obvious solution. How not to worry about nonsense. How to learn not to worry at all. How to stabilize your inner world so that no troubles - small or large - “knock you out of the saddle.” - Denis, what positive changes can I expect after the training? - There can be a lot of changes. It also depends on the purpose for which you are going to the training. I will give an example. Many people believe that it is impossible to control their mood; it just “falls from the sky.” At “Basic” we look at how you can manage your internal state. And how certain states arise in us - emotions, feelings, moods. Who “turns on” what here? How we do it ourselves, with our own hands. And how can this be done differently. - What is important for you, Denis, as a training leader? Are there any expectations? It is important for me that each participant in the training clearly understands why this is said or done this way. What results does the use of this or that tool bring? My task is for a person not only to agree, but also to accept for himself those things that We are undergoing training. I took them for further successful use in life. The sincere reaction of many participants is indicative when they exclaim: “why weren’t we taught this before - at school, at college?! Why didn’t I know about this when it was especially necessary - at the moments when fateful decisions were made? It’s so simple and effective!” What makes me most happy is the achievements that the participants share with me after completing the training. For example, someone organizes a promotion for themselves. Although I was afraid to even think about it before. Someone is building relationships in a team or family. And he does it easily and with pleasure. For some, a completely different, new perception of themselves and their life opens up.
