From the author: Every day of our life consists of eighty-six thousand seconds, and each of them costs much more than a ruble. How can you change your life in a second? Time cannot be managed, so that time management does not lie to us about this. But you can control yourself over time. There's an old exercise. Imagine that 86 thousand 400 rubles are credited to your account at midnight. What would you spend it on? Anything. Choose. On one condition. At the next midnight, everything that is not spent is burned. But there is good news. The same amount comes to your light again. And so every day. Every day of our life consists of eighty-six thousand seconds, and each of them costs much more than a ruble. You might not agree? Let's see how much and what you can actually do in a second. For example: - shout Hurray! - clap your hands three times; - jump on one leg twice; - make two strokes with a pencil; - type ten characters of text; - say I love you;—play fifteen notes on the piano;—figure out how to improve the lives of millions of people;—kiss;—fall asleep;—forgive someone;—be surprised;—put a stamp;—tear the finishing ribbon;—and thousands of other little things , from which your life is composed. What would you like to accomplish? What have you always wanted to start, but always put off? The first step is only a second. Maybe you wanted to draw? Where is the second in which you can make your first two strokes on a notepad? Maybe during lunch break? Or on the way home? In the morning while the kettle is boiling? Or maybe you have ever thought about learning Sanskrit? The courses are long, but five words at night and ten minutes of grammar on the weekend, between breakfast and cleaning - is that really a lot? Or maybe you have an idea for a book and you fly often? Airports and voice recorders are made for each other. Csikszentmihalyi tells the story of a man who hated two things: writing competition documents and waiting at airports. He combined them and now competes with himself for the best result. And he enjoys the process. The most difficult and easiest thing is to start. On this day you have at least a couple of thousand free opportunities to start or finish something very important to you. What will you choose today? How can you change your life? And, of course, a personal coach will help you make choices both easily and consciously. Sincerely, Alexandra Pritvorova, Yours, Life Balance Coach
