Loneliness and emptiness are a very painful feeling that On the one hand, it can bring pain and a feeling of rejection, abandonment, uselessness, on the other hand, loneliness is a sweet feeling that allows you to be alone with nature, with your feelings, thoughts, alone with your body. Often people see loneliness as a destructive function in which they They face rejection, but this is only one side of the coin. People who, as adults, are repeatedly traumatized by rejection, feel lonely and abandoned, just as mom once left him alone in kindergarten and left, or like dad used regular psychological punishments, forbidding them to realize their little harmless desires and needs over and over again.
