From the author: An article from my website, written by me (from several sources). 1. Creating a powerful resource anchor. The Operator helps the Client access powerful positive experience(s) and anchors this state. The anchor must be Kinesthetic.2. Dissociation. 1st stage. The operator invites the Client to remember 2 events (in the form of slides on the screen): one before the event, when the Client was still in the resource and after (black and white slide), when he came to his senses and was already in the resource (color slide). 2nd stage. Invite the Client to mentally stand behind himself, sitting in the cinema and looking at the screen. You can watch from the last row of the cinema, and from the projectionist’s booth.3. Watching a film at normal speed. Being at the 2nd stage of dissociation, the Client watches a black and white film at normal speed, starting with Slide No. 1 and ending with Slide No. 2, but at the same time the focus of his attention shifts to what was happening around him, notices details and little things that he did not notice when it happened.4. Journey to the past. When the Client watches the film until color Slide No. 2, invite him to mentally travel into the past - to the time when this event has already happened (that is, to associate with Slide No. 2). At the same time, going into the past, the Client remains “his present self” and prepares to communicate with “his past self.” The Client’s task at this stage is to choose the right words and actions in order to: 1. Explain to “your younger self” that he specifically came from the future, help him deal with this situation. Explain to him what really happened. Support and reassure “yourself from the past.”5. Return. When the Client is completely confident in completing his task and understands that he can calmly leave his “younger self” to live on his own, then he can say goodbye to him and return to the 1st stage of dissociation to check the results of his work. If the Client, when looking at “his past self,” is satisfied with his condition, then he can move on to the next step. If he notices that the situation requires improvement, then this will be a signal to go back to the past again and, choosing new words and actions, complete the work.6. Integration. At this step, invite the Client to let the “younger self” into himself as one of his parts, as part of his life experience, and enjoy the feeling of possessing this important part for him, which can now relate to the past situation in a new way.7. Check.Ask the Client what he now thinks about the past situation and how he feels about it, while calibrating his physiology.8. Adjustment to the future: Invite the Client to think about the possibility of a similar situation arising in the future and find out how he would like to react to it. Get accurate sensory information from the Client about the “caution criteria”: how he will understand when a situation is safe and when he should be careful and careful.
