Good afternoon, dear friends! How to get rid of irritating factors? Well, firstly, we need to look at what these factors are and whether we can really get rid of them. It’s one thing to do home renovations and enjoy a clean and beautiful apartment, but another thing is when we are annoyed by something that is beyond our control: drivers who do not follow the rules, those who litter on the street, queues in stores in the evening, the weather outside the window and other. It is clear that there must still be a certain degree of discomfort, perhaps significant, when such constant and quite intense irritation already interferes with living, prevents one from enjoying this life. On the one hand, it is quite possible to deal with these specific situations that cause our anger. Talk to a psychologist, discuss with friends, discuss on a forum, get support, and so on. If somehow we managed to get a new perspective and it brought relief, if we just shared, talked it out (as they say, let off steam), and we felt better, well, great. And if not? If such “debriefings” do not bring relief or bring only minor relief? Then it is important to work with life as a whole, look at how it works, what is missing or too much in it, what kind of relationships develop with people, whether everything in it satisfies And so on. It may well be that such objects that cause our irritation may not be the true cause of our dissatisfaction (well, I won’t say here that nothing can irritate us, only we ourselves can be irritated). But the real reason may be something else: personal life, professional unfulfillment, unsatisfactory relationships with people in general, or something else. We can learn to be irritable from our parents, from close people with whom we communicate a lot, and then such a reaction can simply be, so to speak, imitative. It could also be something medical or hormonal, then it is important to see a doctor. Chronic fatigue can also contribute to this, then we need to take care of our routine, rest, go on vacation, and why we bring ourselves to such a state is also important to understand.
