"In the winter twilight, Nanny's tales" Objectives: to expand children's understanding of emotions; consolidate the ability to convey a given emotional state using facial expressions; develop empathy and imagination, tactile sensations; Equipment: sensory room, clouds, markers, clouds according to the number of children. Cards and Toy. Progress of the lesson: 1. Welcome ritual. I'm very glad to see you again. Guys, do you want to go to the land of fairy tales? To do this, we need to go through a magic tunnel and say the magic words: “Crabble-ruble - bam!” Everyone is ready. Let's begin! We have been transported to the magical land of fairy tales and let's greet each other with our fingers. And so the greeting goes around the circle. Well done! Guys, we were transported to a fairy tale. What fairy tale? Music from the fairy tale Kolobok. Gingerbread toy. Look who came to us. Kolobok. Is there something he wants to tell me? Did something happen in the world of fairy tales? They were having fun and rejoicing. We lived together. But then one day the evil sorceress Baba Yaga came. And she cast a spell on the land of fairy tales and the inhabitants began to forget their happiness, stopped being sad, having fun and rejoicing. But the land of fairy tales can be saved, and only children will help them remember how to be sad and happy. Do you guys agree with me? But so that the spell does not affect us, we must first perform a mimic game.2. Game “ABC of Mood” Children sit in a circle. The psychologist gives everyone a set of 2 cards of different moods. Children show a card of the mood described in the poem. Poem by A. Barto “Tanya”, “Bunny”. Show pictures. - Please show me a card with a character who is in a happy (sad) mood. (Children show.) What kind of mood do you think the Bunny is in (sad). Why did you decide it was sad? (The eyes are sad, the corners are down). How to support a friend or a bunny? Drawing.3. Psycho-gymnastics “Sunny Bunny” Poem: In the morning the sun woke up, Looked into our window, Looked around, stretched... Smiled mischievously. The sunny bunny ran cheerfully along the wall, And then quickly dived onto my pillow. Woke me and my brother up. A golden ray of sunshine. And sent me to wash. Let's go do exercises. (Children look at their forehead, nose, cheeks, neck and tummy). But it's time for us to go home.4. Game "Baba Yaga"5. Relaxation: “Swimming in the clouds” (performed to calm music) Lie down and take a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Breathe lightly and slowly. Imagine that you are in nature in a beautiful place. Warm, quiet day. You are pleased and you feel good. You are calm. You lie down and look up at the clouds - big, white, fluffy clouds in a beautiful blue sky. Breathe freely. As you inhale, you begin to gently rise above the ground. With each breath you slowly and smoothly rise towards a large, fluffy cloud. You rise even higher, to the very top of the cloud, and gently sink into it. Now you are floating on top of a big, fluffy cloud. Your hands lie freely, you are too lazy to move. You are resting. The cloud begins to fall lower and lower with you until it reaches the ground. Finally, you are safely on the ground, and your cloud has returned to its home in the sky. It smiles at you, you smile at it. Open your eyes. Get up.6. Reflection on the lesson. - What did we do today? - What did you like most? I really liked how you did today.7. Farewell ritual. Children stand in a circle. The psychologist extends his hand and says a wish: “I wish that a joyful mood prevails in your life.” Then each child in turn says his wish and puts his hand on the psychologist’s hand. The psychologist covers the resulting flower and with the words: “I wish that all our wishes come true, all the best to you, goodbye,” breaks the flower. Children go to the group.
