From the author: The story of one lesson with a boy who is tormented by doubts during tests. Work with a boy, 9 years old. During the lesson we discussed the topic “Doubts”. The topic for work was stated by the child himself: " Doubts really bother me when I do a test. I always doubt whether I’m doing the right thing or not. Everyone is already doing the third number, but I’m still the first, because I doubt.” The first drawing and the description for it characterized the situation now (“Like doubts interfere with what exactly they are manifested in). I removed the text from the photograph and left a color image of the condition. At first they wrote that it was not working ( the first sheet), then how to do it so that everything works out. Then they marked all this on circles with different colors. The result was a kind of “diagram” of states - real and planned, desired. They were laid out on the table to conditionally indicate the distance that must be covered. From metaphorical maps of Galina Kats, Ekaterina Mukhmatullina “Roads and Roads”. “Metaphor of life’s path”, suggested choosing cards that symbolize the process of going through the intended changes, the choice was unlimited. The boy chose three cards. The first card, which depicts pets, is a symbol of the care of all loved ones: “They look after me, feed, water, dress ". The card was called "Care". The second card is "Rough Road. Because... It’s rough - it’s very stable. You can walk on it and you won’t fall.” They called the card “Stability.” The third card is “High Mountain.” There is a path. People climbed it and I will climb it!” They called it “Strength”. Then from the set the fairy-tale heroes chose the character “Me Now”, “Me, when I cope with doubt.” “Me Now” - Pippi - Longstocking , carefree."Me, when I cope with doubt" - Ivanushka the Tsarevich, hero. In my opinion, the lesson turned out to be very resourceful. The selected metaphorical cards "care", "resilience", "strength" are a natural stage in achieving the necessary changes. Child worked with interest. From the proposed set of multi-colored “pebbles” he chose a yellow snowflake “I am in a joyful mood and this pebble will support my joy!"
