From the author: This is not a real story, but a synthesis of many. The names in it are also chosen arbitrarily. But I think that this story will be familiar to many. Once upon a time there was a girl and her name was Irina. She was what is called “actively searching” because she had not had a man for six months. And it's not that Irina is unattractive. No, she’s very pretty, it’s just that it takes time to find a man, and then there’s work, a deadline, girlfriends, fatigue, driving and sewing courses, in general, everything is the same as everyone else’s. But she wanted romance, she wanted to come home and have someone ask how her day went and prepare breakfast in bed…. I wanted physiology, after all. And so one evening he and his friends gathered at the club. After a couple of glasses, the fatigue went away, and adventures beckoned. In general, they met Igor that evening. Middle manager, car loan, but housing from mom. We went to see him, and the next morning he served her breakfast in bed. “Hmm,” thought Irina, “that’s already something interesting.” We met the next day, went to the cinema,... in a word, we started living together. After a couple of months, Irina began to understand that breakfasts in bed were becoming less and less frequent, and men’s socks were appearing in corners more and more often. But she fought with herself. And then her friends, out of old habit, invited her to the club. But Igor took it and didn’t allow it. “Okay,” thought Irina, “but we’re going to Egypt soon.” But after a couple of days, Igor admitted that they never let him go on vacation... But Irina’s friend went to Egypt and her new boyfriend bought her a fur coat. “Okay, I’ll earn money for my own fur coat,” Irina decides and begins to plow harder. She comes home, and Igor, instead of asking how her day was, is offended that she pays more attention to work and friends than to him. “Then earn more yourself,” she says to him and locks herself in the bedroom. But Irina is not going to wait for an increase in Igor’s earnings (you never know, maybe she won’t) and continues to work hard. He comes home and he’s on the couch watching TV series. And this is where the turning point occurs. Igor understands that the time that he previously spent on his beloved is left to him, and decides to spend it somewhere. For sports, for friends, for fishing, for “tanks”, for work. Irina comes home one terrible day, but Igor is not there. He calls him - he can’t talk (like, “Sorry, dear, Pasha urgently needed to go to his relatives in the suburbs, I agreed to take him, I’ll be there tomorrow”). Tomorrow he arrives - Irina throws such a scandal at him: “I’m working here for two, and for you all sorts of Pashas are more important than me.” He doesn’t lag behind - he retorts - “yes, you’ve already forgotten what it’s like to talk normally, we’re constantly quarreling, constantly nagging, all you need is money...!” Igor leaves. Irina is overwhelmed: “I’ve been working here for 2 years for US until late in the evening, and then I put up with his socks in the corners, and he says that I ruined everything myself. And I myself missed him. What kind of pancakes did he make for breakfast!?” But their friends are already accustomed to the fact that Irina does not keep them company and do not invite her. 2 years for a dog under a host. There's only one job left. Who is this all for?! Sound familiar? The scheme is as follows: 1) we find a man to stop feeling inconvenient; 2) choose without choice; 3) we feel somewhere better than him; 4) we isolate ourselves; 5) the man moves away; 6) we feel loneliness; 7) we lead to a scandal; 8) the man leaves; 9) we are overwhelmed by how much effort, time, and patience we spent on this relationship, which ended in nothing. Errors at every stage.
