From the author: It happens that you really don’t like someone from your environment for a variety of reasons. What's the matter? Why do we like some people and not others? This may depend on many factors: resentment, non-acceptance of any qualities in a person, non-acceptance of any qualities in ourselves, and much more. In such situations, you should not leave everything as it is; change relationships for the better. There is a wonderful technique: find positive qualities in this person. It cannot be that someone is either good or bad. Each of us has both sides, but in different situations we show different qualities. Observe the object of your “impatience.” Pay attention to what he does well and how others treat him. After this, write down the results of your observation. Find the benefit that this person brings to you or others. Next step. Think and note the qualities that you have. This way you will see that you are not so different and you have something in common. Then also write down the qualities that you don’t like in this person. And mark the ones you have. Then you will notice that the shadow side of your personality is somewhat similar. Think about how your attitude towards this person has changed, write down your feelings, record the dynamics of your attitude towards this person. Very often we have to learn from others not only in some way actions, but also self-knowledge. Nothing is given to us just like that, everything has a meaning. It is very important to notice in time and ask yourself, “Why did I meet this person? What is he teaching me? At the beginning of this journey it will not be so easy. Most likely, you won’t even want to analyze and reflect. But if you make this simple action a habit, you will notice how quickly you grow and improve spiritually and personally. You can do the same in relation to some unpleasant situations in your life. Ask yourself, “Why am I given this situation? What is she teaching me? After these questions, many things fall into place, and resentment and disappointment do not accumulate in your heart. Moreover, you will soon be able to look at all difficulties and troubles completely differently. Most likely, they will have no place left in your life. Author of the article: Anna Baranova.
