The surprising thing is that feelings of hopelessness are almost never found among children. This is the prerogative of the adult generation. You work, you may have children, some savings... But the feeling that you are in a cage does not leave you. As soon as you raise your head, something happens that simply presses you into the ground. It's not so easy to give up everything. How can you leave your family here? Finding a job is also not always easy. It seems there is no way out at all. And it seems that you are already at that age - when you should understand everything - but the feeling of hopelessness does not leave. Life goes in a vicious circle. How to survive hopelessness? Hopelessness is a feeling when it seems that nothing can change the current situation, and there is no hope for a better future. It can be aggravated by both social and personal problems. However, there are several ways that can help you survive hopelessness. Forget about the future and focus on the present. Most people burden themselves with unnecessary thoughts about what their life will look like in the future. However, this makes it difficult to perceive your current life and makes it difficult to appreciate your existing happiness. Try to forget about the future and enjoy the moment. Difficult, but possible. There is not only sadness around. Communicate with loved ones. When we are immersed in ourselves and our problems, we often forget that our environment can be our support and help. Tell your loved ones about your problems and ask for advice or just listen to each other. Sometimes there may be people around us, turning to whom we can find support. Take up a hobby or something you love. When we are immersed in work or hobbies, we often forget about our problems and look at our lives from a different perspective. Try something new or do something you've always loved. Find some little thing that makes you happy. Help others. Volunteering or simply helping other people can help you feel like you are doing something meaningful for other people. Additionally, helping others can help improve your mood and make you feel useful. Isn't this important? Seek help from professionals. If you feel that hopelessness is taking hold of you and is not for sale, turn to professionals such as psychologists or counselors. I checked it from my own experience. They can help you better understand your emotions and find a way to change your life. Never forget that time heals. He charges a lot for his treatment, but he cures. Focus on your goals and constantly move forward, even if you go slowly. Hopelessness is in most cases a temporary stage. A ticket to a better life is not so difficult to find!
