For a hypersensitive person, working on oneself is natural. Just as a person with a systemic disease follows the rules and uses supportive medications, a hypersensitive person should not forget that in the modern hectic information flow he receives a lot of different energy, including negative. Especially if you have a difficult job or live in a metropolis. The body of a hypersensitive person is like a radar that not only perceives everything around, but also locks a lot of unnecessary things in its body. A person learns to be transparent and let this information and energy flows pass by, learn to live with his malleable psyche, adapt, protect himself through various spiritual and energy practices, through self-knowledge and self-help. Setting up for the day has already been described in my publications more than once. Here I will take time for evening practice and self-reflection. This practice is traditional for any rehab center, religious or spiritual program, transformation course. How was your day? You need to do your usual meditative practice. Relax, calm down and return your consciousness to yourself and your today. Questions for self-analysis can be any. For example, when working with emotions - anger, irritability, you use the question: Have I been angry today? What annoyed me? If these moments existed, then it is necessary to look at the situation, consider what patterns, automatisms, judgments led to this emotion. Cleanse yourself, don’t judge, don’t scold, but come to a state of neutral attitude. Relax and let go of these balloons...And so with each point. About fear, about anger, about relationships, about money, enter all your income and expenses, analyze the whole day. Everything that you didn’t like about yourself or others are small lights that will allow you to see what you need to pay attention to. Good . We let go of everything that is not us and make a simple request - a choice - to change it in ourselves. We write a plan for the next day, adjust it, close the notebook. Then we go to sleep sweetly!))) When we sleep, our consciousness is turned off, there is no flow of thoughts, no ambitions, desires, we are simply disconnected from the outside world. At this time, our subconscious is able to reunite with our higher self, with God, if you like, and it is at this time that the maximum changes in our psyche occur. I understand that coming from a psychologist this may sound strange. But this is a long-term practice of mentoring and working on oneself. You wake up as a completely different person. Brand new, in a new day and in a new reality. And what will you choose now? What will you be ready to accomplish today? What is now possible? I wish you a pleasant practice and will be glad to receive feedback from those who try it! Thank you for reading!
