From the author: An insightful, albeit controversial video about the effects of stress on the brain. If there and then the child, having experienced stress (from the English stress - load, tension), managed to consciously release the tension, then no problem remains. It’s like a student who is very worried before an exam, but by understanding the cause of anxiety and calmly passing the exam, he can calm down. The child, on the contrary, does not realize a lot, and where an adult laughs at the situation, the child may be left with emotional stress (remember the meaning of the words sore throat, stress, asthma). This increased sensitivity can develop into stuttering. The mechanism is simple. They scared the boy with something and it so happened that the child was afraid to tell his parents about what he saw. This is a state familiar to stutterers, when “I don’t want to speak and I can’t speak.” Then the subconscious reacts automatically, repeating the first reaction, because this method allowed us to survive, which is the criterion of correctness for the “logic of the body.” The basis of psychosomatic disorders is always a suppressed emotion, awareness triggers the healing process (everything is like in life, looked at the situation differently with new facts and made a new conclusion). At the same time, hypnosis removes old restrictions, in fact, a temporary state of hypnosis expands consciousness hundreds of times, which makes it possible to choose a new type of behavior. Why are fears and phobias needed? Myth and facts about the subconscious. Selye's three stages of stress: anxiety, resistance, exhaustion. What is stress? Deep study of fears and phobias in hypnosis.
