...The sharp and peppery taste of my mother's breast - it seems this is the most vivid impression from which my conscious infant life begins. This was a way of weaning me off the breast, although my mother was also rather “hot” after the pepper. And then there are bright “flashes” of childhood memory with fishing with a real net, with the circus and terribly annoying clowns, with mysterious swans on the pond, with mesmerizing drawing at night on the window in the light of night lanterns, with adored kittens, games of hide and seek in the evening in a safe and native street and afternoon card games in pairs (oh, it was excitement!) Art school and colorful (literally and figuratively) plein airs. And here I am a student. And here is confirmation of my painting abilities - according to my teachers, my portraits are painted giftedly. And I would go calmly and easily into creativity, but I always felt some kind of incompleteness, “understatement”... I clearly remember the first book, which led me into the dark and mysterious corridors of the subconscious - “Lucid Dreams”. For me, a creative and impressionable teenager, this book was a mixture of mysticism and awareness of something big and powerful. And a lot of time passed when I took a real step towards an intoxicating university study at the Faculty of Psychology. And today, having a good base of psychological knowledge and practice in different directions, I more often use techniques for working with the subconscious. Everyone already knows that our subconscious is a huge database, our “hard drive”, where all our experiences are recorded not only from the moment of birth, but also the prenatal period. In essence, this is a living source of resources, but access to it is closed by the “press” of childhood traumas, complexes and beliefs, bodily blocks and clamps. Working with the subconscious often seems strange and almost magical. But if you understand the language of the subconscious, be able to read the information of your unconscious part through graphic projections, then everything miraculously begins to work for your healing and development. At the same time, you use the resources of space and your body in order to carry out certain transformations. A psychologist will help you with this, gently and unobtrusively “lighting” the way into your subconscious. I would like to offer you a simplified technique for healing traumatic experiences using the method of Desensitization and processing through eye movements. Why through eye movement? When we remember something, we certainly imagine a picture of it, and this trauma must be “erased” through eye movement in the upper visual zone, that is, above the horizon. You also need to realize the negative belief that is associated with this trauma, for example: “I don’t control myself,” or “I am powerless,” etc. Now find two extreme points in the upper zone and move your eyes to the right - left from one point to another approximately 30 seconds. We were distracted for the same amount of time and moved our eyes again, presenting a picture of this injury and belief. And you do this so many times until the level of injury drops to 0 on a 10-point scale. Here you can already insert a positive belief about yourself by visualizing a resource picture and continuing sessions with eye movement. If you do everything right, I guarantee you an incredible transformation! Our subconscious is a huge source of strength and opportunity! You just need to pick up the key.
