How to manage everything? No way! How realistic is it to manage “everything”? What is this “everything”? Sometimes I find myself doing something all day and remaining dissatisfied. Does this happen to you? Then I look at what I managed to do. It usually turns out to be quite a lot! And I also see that this has moved me at least a little along the path I choose to follow. That is, I check with my meanings and values. But the idea that you can manage everything that is in your head is a very tiring thing. Firstly, because life simply never ends; secondly, two children who are not yet completely independent children; thirdly, a lot of studying in all different formats; fourthly, there is a lot of work of all different formats; fifthly, organizing meetings and resolving issues that require personal communication; sixth, personal life; seventh, dentist, cosmetologist, hairdresser, manicurist, all that; eighth, running and recovery, ninth,....and etc... Well, how? I know the magic words: “no”, “not today”, “I can’t do everything”, “I don’t I have to do this and that”, “I choose to do only this today”, “I don’t have time for such things”.... It really helps not to fall into anxiety. Remember that you can draw a square to unload things? There are 4 zones: urgent important, non-urgent important, urgent unimportant, non-urgent unimportant. Which one do you start with? Which one do you devote more time to? There is also the experience of concentrating on things - this is not scrolling through the feed, constantly updating the pictures before your eyes, but the ability to keep some activity in the focus of attention. A very useful skill. It seems to me that I still have to develop it and develop it. In general, guys, sometimes I’m sad that I can’t do everything, everywhere and at once (by the way, a funny movie, who saw it?), but this is normal, and I accept it, and he lets me go, I do my business (resting, reading, walking are also business, by the way). Do you know how to use the magic words that you wrote about above? Why am I doing this?) But I just shared my thoughts and feelings, so that perhaps someone -the one to whom he responds, exhaled in the whirlwind of affairs.
