Harmony is a word that is often found in the vocabulary of many people. People associate this word with something very important, valuable, meaningful, which helps them live a happy life. People, rather, intuitively understand the meaning of this word and, as a rule, understand it correctly. If you turn to the Latin language, you can find out that harmonia is a connection, connection, correspondence, ratio. But the word harmony is interesting not as a word, but as a state and way of life. And in this regard, people who strive for self-knowledge, development, self-realization, and improving the quality of life often have the question: “How to live in harmony with yourself?” Many articles have been written about harmony with oneself, many episodes on various TV shows, people often discuss this among themselves, but what exactly to do to live in harmony with oneself is not always clear. If a person thinks to himself, then what is he thinking about? Different people think about themselves differently: at this moment someone thinks about their body, someone about their profession, someone about their role in society, someone about their beliefs and thoughts. Each person associates completely different images with the word I. But if you look more broadly, it turns out that the concept of “I” includes all these images and associations. When a person speaks to himself, it is important to realize that he is whole and has 3 facets that are closely connected to each other and form a single whole: 1) body; 2) emotions, feelings and experiences; 3) reason. Now you can look a little more closely at the issue under consideration, starting from the decoding of the words harmony and Self. Living in harmony with yourself means living in accordance, or better yet, in harmony with your body, feelings and mind. What does it mean to live in harmony with yourself? This means understanding what is happening now with the body, feelings, and thoughts and living with a focus on these three aspects of yourself. In this case, a person acts, makes decisions, sets priorities, focusing on what is important for his body, for his feelings, for his worldview. To live focusing on yourself, you need to be in contact with yourself, that is, be aware of the state of the body now and what it needs now, what is going on with your experiences and emotions, what thoughts are in your head now and what they concern. Self-attention is the basis of self-harmony. From attention to oneself, a dialogue with oneself is built when a person notices what he feels physically, what he feels on an emotional level, what images are born in his head in response to certain life circumstances, to various situations and people, to decisions made, on the food eaten, on the choices made, on the priorities set. When a person lives like this, they say that he lives consciously, based on his meanings and values, from a deep understanding of the nature of his emotions and physical state, he lives accepting all three aspects of himself, without trying to correspond to what is imposed from the outside by anyone , being able to be in the present. Where does the path to harmony with yourself begin? Of course, with an understanding of what is happening in life now. First of all, it is important to understand what you really want from life, what fills life with meaning, what is truly important, what you want to fill your every day. After this, look at your life and compare the image of what you want and the image of what you actually have. Often many people do not know their true desires. Then you need to approach the issue seriously in order to understand all this. You need to be attentive to your interests, to what you like and what resonates in your heart. Some people find the answer to this question sooner and some later. And this is the sphere of the mind, the part of a person in which the worldview, values, beliefs, goals are concentrated. And it is very important that all this is not imposed, but deeply lived and felt. When a person lives his life, at any moment in time he experiences certain emotions and feelings that tell him in the right direction whether he is moving or not. If he moves in accordance with his values, he usually experiences.
