“Everything flows, everything changes.” The world has now come to the point where changes have become drastic and noticeable. And if earlier it was possible to hide from this, to brush it aside, now it won’t work. And that's not bad at all. This is a good opportunity to reconsider a lot in life, to pay attention to yourself, inside yourself! Psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches all over the world and simply knowledgeable people unanimously talk about cultivating flexibility, self-development and a quick reaction to what is happening. But how to do this? Let's figure it out. You should remember that before moving somewhere and starting to do something, you need to understand WHAT you want to see as a result of your actions, what goal you plan to achieve. So as not to rush around and create chaotic Brownian motion in panic. Stop, exhale, and accept the situation around you, because... in global terms, you cannot change anything, it is not in your power, it is not your responsibility. Second step: you can’t change everything around you, change what you can - yourself; listen to yourself, look at the most important person - yourself! What are you interested in, what would you like to do, what to study? In the current situation of self-isolation, we all have the opportunity to devote time to ourselves and our upgrading in every sense. Start filtering the incoming information, now it’s just an avalanche, frightening and annoying. Choose content that offers various types of physical activity to relieve bodily tension; this will help release the energy of unconscious and unexpressed emotions. Creative content will also help you relax, distract you and, perhaps, reveal your abilities. Developmental content will pull you out of panic and boredom, and you will redirect your energies into a constructive direction. In addition, no one has canceled household chores, it’s time to clear out the closet/pantry/balcony. Perhaps you have been meaning to read a book or learn a new language for a long time. The moment has arrived! There would be no happiness, but misfortune helped, as they say. We now have the opportunity to finally devote enough time to our family, spend time with them in joint leisure activities, or communicate to our fullest extent by phone/video. Soon the usual frantic rhythm will return and we will again have to find time for precious communication with loved ones. Appreciate the moments that slip away and find the positives. The more productive you spend your self-isolation period, the easier it will be for you to leave the house into this changed, but equally wonderful world.!
