The world is owned by “optimists” who have the courage to sail far from the familiar shore. Meanwhile, the “realists” prove to the “optimists” that they will drown, that there will soon be a storm, that sailing at random without a map is madness. And you know what? The “realists” are right in these statements. But the world is ruled by “optimists” who never listen to “realists.” Total optimism is one of the cornerstone life skills that every person must master. Otherwise, life will be painted in gloomy colors. Pensioners want 2 times more. The pensioners surveyed said that they would be satisfied with a pension that would be 2 times more than the current one. 1) Traditionally, residents of both capitals and cities with a population of over a million have the greatest financial needs. 2) Rural pensioners rely mainly on their gardens and “subsistence farming.” 3) I’ll say to myself: My pension is paid by my “income assets” "and investments. What makes me independent of weather conditions, crop yields and the size of the state pension.* What kind of pension will suit you?** What size should it be? Everything we want to buy is very expensive. That is why we always lack money. Especially when price tags in stores are rising “by leaps and bounds.” We don't need to track every penny. But it is important for us to know “where” the money we earn goes. Therefore, we must start keeping track of expenses - and do this over the next 2-3 months. In life, each of us has a limited amount of time and unlimited choice of what we can do “inside” this time. As a result, many people find themselves literally “paralyzed” when they are faced with a choice - what exactly should they do right now, and what should be put off until “better times.” Everything you need to make money money - a laptop and Wi-Fi. For more than 15 years, this inseparable “couple” has been feeding me, watering me, clothing me, traveling, etc. What I mean is that you can earn decent money from anywhere in the world. If there is a desire, there will be opportunities. Don’t believe in the promise of high returns. The promise of quick and/or high profits should be ignored - it’s just a promise. Always remember this. And don’t give your money to scammers who disguise themselves as reputable investment companies, telling you “ beautiful fairy tales" about the fact that they know how to earn high returns. No one knows how to do this. I repeat once again - no one! A novice investor should not often check the status of his brokerage account. Firstly, it will be painful for him to see the “minus” that arises due to the high volatility of the stock market. Secondly, it is a waste of your time (since over a long investment time horizon, stock prices go up). Any investment takes time to start paying off, so just be patient and regularly buy additional shares (both when prices rise and fall). Apartments will become cheaper. Guaranteed! The only question is how much prices will fall. This is the point that is now being actively discussed in the comments.* And at what level do you think the price per square meter will stop falling?
