In previous articles, I wrote about the use of yoga when working with anxiety. Yoga is usually spoken of as a means of healing and strengthening one’s health and psyche. But that’s not all! Yoga can be used as a tool for achieving goals and fulfilling desires. Why don't our wishes come true? Yoga gives the following answer: because there is no energy to realize your dreams and achieve your goals! What color is it? What size? Is it some kind of concrete image or abstract? Is it close to you or far away? Is it cold or warm? What feelings do you experience imagining it? How will your life change when you achieve your goal? Where can you get this energy? Energy can be gained by practicing yoga. But you must remember that yoga is not a magic wand or an esoteric-mystical ritual. Yoga is a practice! Do it practice - it works! If you don’t do it, it won’t work! It all depends on you, your diligence, your discipline and your hard work. Another very important point in yoga practice. Yoga practice can be done purposefully! For example, you do yoga practice today to improve your health or, on the contrary, to relax and relax. The energy that arises when performing yoga practices will go where your consciousness directs it. You can direct this energy to fulfill your desire, but you must take into account that the fulfillment of your desire does not harm anyone. Your desire must be positive and environmentally friendly. Otherwise, it will conflict with the basic principles of yoga and will not work. So, step-by-step instructions for practicing yoga to fulfill desires. 1. Take a blank sheet. Write down your desire on the sheet. 2. Draw a scale from zero to ten on the sheet. And note which number from zero to ten you are currently on. 3. Now imagine an image of your goal. What does it look like? What color is it? What size? Is it a concrete image or an abstract one? Is it close to you or far away? Is it cold or warm? What feelings do you experience imagining it? How will your life change when you achieve your goal? 4. Do the “So Ham” practice. As you inhale, mentally say “so” and take a slow deep breath. As you exhale, pronounce the syllable “Ham” ". Repeat the cycle at least twelve times. 5. Imagine an image of your goal or dream. What does it look like? What number from zero to ten are you now in achieving your goal? Repeat this practice at least twice a week, directing the received energy for your goal. Good luck with your practice. Namaste.
