Believe in yourself! You can everything!!! ;) 1. Believe in yourself. Constantly increase your faith in yourself. I like the expression: “Trust yourself and no one will deceive you.” The inner voice always tells us what to do correctly, what to do in a given situation, so learn to listen to your inner voice. Learn methods and techniques to increase self-confidence. Here's a simple technique: write down 5 of your small victories every day.2. Be independent of the opinions of others. Make pursuing your calling your top priority, no matter what anyone tells you. Follow your inspiration, regardless of the opinions of others. No one but ourselves can truly know and feel what we want, so allow yourself to listen to your inner voice and do not give in to the pressure of others, even when you look illogical and strange in the eyes of others. Decide for yourself how much others can interfere in your affairs.3. Be prepared for criticism and condemnation from others. People who follow their inspiration strive to be independent. Whatever you do, there will always be supporters and opponents. There will always be people who will criticize you. There is nothing wrong with this, you just need to be prepared for criticism before it hits you. If you are confident in yourself, then criticism will crumble when it meets your belief in yourself and what you do. If you lack confidence, then learn and use techniques that help you deal with criticism. And also do not criticize or judge others. Don't look for those to blame, look for solutions.4. Be grateful for what you already have. To feel happy you need to accept what is. Accept and love. This is the starting point for your happiness. The “here and now” moment is characterized by what is right now. Be grateful for everything that surrounds you. Be happy with what you already have. After all, no matter what you get in your life, you will always want more, and if you do not learn to love what is, then happiness will constantly elude you into the future. And the future does not exist, it is only in our thoughts and imagination. Make a list of all the things you are grateful for in your life and you will immediately feel happier.5. Live in the present moment. Happiness is not the result of a goal achieved or tasks completed. To be happy means to live here and now, to enjoy this moment of life. By sacrificing the present moment for the future that comes “later,” we deprive ourselves of the opportunity to experience happiness. The expression helps me: “Don’t try to run away from the present into your happy future, do what needs to be done today.”6. You don't need special circumstances or things to be happy. Everything is already as it should be. Develop the quality of self-sufficiency. Be happy with yourself. What’s interesting is that when you become happy on your own, people and circumstances that help you to be even happier begin to magically be attracted to you. From a state of happiness and inspiration, you act several times more efficiently.7. Throw away doubts, disbeliefs and various kinds of internal resistance to life. This is easy to write, but can be difficult to implement. Make decisions and take action. When we doubt it for a long time, the situation becomes like a “suitcase without a handle” and it’s not convenient to carry and it’s a pity to throw it away. Resistance is born when we do not accept the situation as it is. To drop resistance, you need to accept what is and act. Accept everything that happens in your life - joys and sorrows, successes and problems. After all, all the obstacles in our path are necessary for us in order to discover our true calling. Be happy and believe in yourself!;)
