HOW WILL A THERAPEUTIC GROUP HELP ME? Good question, especially considering that apart from talking, nothing happens there. Maybe you need to talk in a special way/be savvy in psychology/have open chakras/feed on the energy of the cosmos...No, nothing special is needed. How then do conversations in a therapeutic group help? In fact, everything is very simple. Many problems are related to the fact that, in communicating with others, we use the usual patterns and politeness. And we don’t rely on the true response in ourselves. They helped you - say thank you. They praised you - be embarrassed. If you are dissatisfied - apologize. They boasted about you - rejoice. We are guided by similar ready-made attitudes. But in my heart I want to react differently. Maybe I didn’t ask for this help? Is a compliment generally unpleasant? Maybe it seems to me that dissatisfaction with me is manipulation? What should I do? In everyday life, we often miss what is happening inside, and are too busy trying not to spoil our relationships with others. As a result, such conversations leave you in a bad state. In a group, you have the opportunity to remember yourself and talk about what is important to you, and the way you want, without slipping into stereotypical communication, polite and empty. Here you just have to try to say what you want you actually want to say or answer. In a group this becomes possible. Strangers have gathered here. No wives/husbands/friends/bosses. Which already allows you to behave more freely. Other participants also came to solve their problems, so they will also try and, one way or another, will support sincerity and openness. There are also presenters in the group who will pick you up at the right moment, support you in difficult times, and help you choose words and sustain an answer. After such interaction, the new ability to communicate will be easy to fit into the format of everyday life. Which will change relationships for the better. In general, a therapeutic group is a place where ordinary people talk about their problems and worries, aspirations and aspirations, and learn to do it in such a way that not only does not offend others, but also does not offend themselves .It's simple and you can do it. Come, there are 2 places left) The text is co-authored with Danil Zaitsev. And you can sign up for a preliminary interview by writing to me in a personal message
