So, what is the best way to sum up the results of the outgoing year and plan for the future? There are many practices. I like a few: 1. Drawing up the Wheel of Balance and, based on it, Cards of Desires A letter to yourself for the next year( Even an email helps with this, sends a letter inviting you to write to yourself next year!)) Monthly planning (professional and personal). 4. Someone is sibling. 5. Speak and/or visualize dreams. But first, I always sum up the results of the year .And thank you. Let me give you an example: A strong, tough and inspiring year! For which I am eternally grateful to him! Then I break this gratitude down point by point. I thank: my loved ones for their warmth and supportive environment. I thank myself and my surroundings for their endless commitment to the cause, I am in psychology, in development, in coaching and creativity! My clients, for choosing me as a psychologist, coach, teacher and/or mentor. I did this: Changed my attitude towards nutrition, my body . And, literally, I began to respect my emotions. It was incredible: I conducted an online mentoring coaching session live, which was watched by more than 120 participants, and it received the highest praise from the mentor and colleagues! I made a firm decision: to do what I love only through my own business The past year has taught me: to be completely grown up and conscious, and I have expanded and completely changed my thinking. I am taking with me from this year: my Love for Life, the World, People and Profession! I am leaving in the past year: everything that delayed or stopped halfway! Then I draw a balance wheel, breaking it into 7-9 parts (spheres): love (relationships), communication, relaxation, work (career), physical health (sports), development, spirituality, finances, future, etc. ..Then I analyze each sphere from 1 to 10. How okay is everything in each now, and if I need to grow somewhere, I outline steps. And then I make a map of Desires for each sphere, I look for a picture for a desire, I determine when I want it. In what month, etc.. And sometimes I just make a wish list for the whole year. And then, as I implement it, I cross it out. Also, I came up with the idea of writing a vacation for every month. It looks something like this: horses January-Petersburg, February-Voronezh, March-Kazan, April-Valaam, May-Turkey, etc.. This helps to redirect the monetary focus towards your desires! Well, these are my steps, mine practice! Yours may be different. And now just forward to the New Year! And of course, you can contact me and sign up for an individual session, and we will analyze the results and build a vision of your most desired future! And you can sign up via WhatsApp +79156622191
