Intensive integrative psychotechnologies (IIPT) is a space of breathing psychotechniques that combines various methods of working with connected breathing. Thanks to its high efficiency and speed of action, IIPT corresponds to the “spirit of the times” and the pace of modern life, is safe for human psyche and body. In the variety of breathing psychotechniques, five main areas can be distinguished: - Rebirthing (founder - Leonard Orr) - Vivation (founders - Jim Lenard and Phil Lauth) - Holotropic breathing (founder - Stanislav Grof) - LRT - Loving Relationship Training (founders - Sandra Ray and Bob Mandel) - Free Breathing (Sergei Vsekhsvyatsky, Vladimir Kozlov) RebirthingRebirthing (from the English rebirthing - rebirth, spiritual resurrection) is aimed at relieving stress, primarily the trauma of birth. In rebirthing, special attention is paid to the release of breathing, the release of energy, and the development of 5 Great Problems: birth trauma, parental disapproval syndrome, specific negative ideas, unconscious desire for death, past lives. Rebirthing has a strong spiritual connotation and is part of the system that L. Orr called the yoga of eternal life. There are various formats: “dry”, “water” and others. Loving Relationship Training (LRT) LRT uses connected breathing, elements of communicative training, work with affirmations. Vivation (from the Latin vivation, vivo - to live, vividus - full of life, alive, fiery, strong) - calm and quiet breathing technique. In vibration there is the concept of 5 elements of the process: cyclic breathing, complete relaxation, detailed awareness (of repressed conflicts, desires, affects), integration into ecstasy (as the attachment of the energy of a previously suppressed structure to the conscious part of the personality). Holotropic breathing The word “holotropic” means “striving for integrity" (from the Greek holos - whole and trepein - moving in a certain direction). Key elements: deeper and faster coherent breathing than normal; specially selected music that promotes the release of repressed emotional material; assistance to the holonaut through specific techniques of working with the body. These elements can be supplemented by drawing mandalas, dancing, modeling and others. The form of work is group only. Free breathing Free breathing is the Russian version of the use of coherent natural breathing. Free breathing is expressed in a theoretically based system of 5 elements: complete relaxation, coherent breathing, volumetric attention, flexibility of context, active trust. Free breathing opens up access to the resources of consciousness for fundamental changes in life situations, accelerating the therapeutic process, and revealing the creative activity of the unconscious.
