It's not as simple as it seems at first glance. Try to start with the points below as examples and after some time, having honed your skills, add your own. If you still have the beginnings of hope that the world is not so bad, discuss this with your interlocutor, he will help you find flaws even in the brightest people and events. If you have learned to completely neglect yourself and you are surrounded by people who, in difficult circumstances, do not will support you - the job is done and all you have to do is wait until something happens that will finally pull the rug out from under your feet. It doesn’t matter what diagnosis you will be given (no one has been discharged from a psychiatric hospital without it anyway), in any case, even if your diagnosis does not qualify for a disability group, now you will be able to treat yourself as a sick person.
