Each season plays its own special role in our lives, creates a special flair for our feelings and emotions. Everyone has their own favorite time of year. Interestingly, it can change over the course of life. For example, I have never liked autumn. Associations with the beginning of the school year, rain, greyness... But in the last few years, my attitude towards autumn has been changing, I began to enjoy this time of year, I began to accept any weather, to see beauty in everything. I think that for an adult this is one of the signs of psychological maturity. Now is spring, a time of pleasant and stormy changes in nature. The old goes away, the new comes, cold and despondency goes away, blossoms and warmth come. On the last day of Maslenitsa we were with our family in the square, we watched the Maslenitsa effigy being burned. Many threw their small figures into the fire. Symbolically, this helps to let something new into your life, changes, conditions and free yourself from the old and unnecessary. I suggest you think about what you want to change this spring? And even though it’s almost the end of April, we still have time to do something important for ourselves and our space. In spring it’s very good to declutter and tidy up the house. Our ancestors knew about this and used these days for this in the week before Easter. On Monday they cleaned the yard, on Tuesday they cleaned the house, on Wednesday they decorated the house with flowers and herbs, tidied up the bathhouse, but Maundy Thursday is about cleanliness of body and soul. In spring it is very useful to clean the house and give away unnecessary things. Order and harmony on the outside promotes inner harmony. It's difficult to be resourceful and clear when there is chaos around. Don't set big goals. For example, with two children, it is difficult for me to maintain perfect order. Realistically assess your strength, if you put one room in order, sort out a couple of hangers, you will already feel light. Write a list of small tasks that you still can’t do: sew something up, fix something, remove some shelf, sort out a drawer with cosmetics or spices, tidy up the bookshelf, etc. I collect everything unnecessary, but which is still in satisfactory condition, into bags and take them to a city charity organization. Somehow I imperceptibly taught my friends, sister and mother to do this. Since I'm driving, I take on the delivery mission, taking things from my loved ones. If you feel bad, then help someone in need and you will feel much better. It’s not for nothing that psychiatrists often recommend that people without pathologies, but with emotional problems, engage in socially useful activities. Also think about yourself and your body, what will you do for your health and your inner world? This spring I started going for a massage once a week, I plan on keeping it for a long time. Peace and kindness. Remember that your worries and concerns will not change certain events. Do good for yourself and your loved ones. If we all return to our essence, we are happy in our space, then we will be able to positively influence what is around us.
