Living in a negative society and communicating with negative people. Successful people are always in the minority, but they managed to break through this wall of mediocrity. Why is this so hard? Yes, because you need to move away from the usual ideas of the masses and trust yourself and follow the call of your soul. And this is not at all easy. At every step they watch for you and show you that you are going the wrong way. Those who cannot withstand this tension choose the simpler path - to merge with the masses and abandon their goals. There are a lot of such people, society simply steals their dreams.2. A person's abilities, appearance and intelligence have been repeatedly ridiculed or questioned by parents and teachers, friends and many others when a good opportunity comes along. Regardless of whether you performed a task well or poorly, there will always be those who will criticize you. Either for what you didn't do, or for what you did. At the heart of any criticism is the goal of increasing one's sense of self-worth. When you get ahead, you leave a lot of people behind, and they try to bring you down with words. Remember: the impact of self-esteem is directly related to your success.3. Placing significant importance on some event in which you failed. Failure is a component of success. If you fail, you cannot say that you are a bad person or a failure. It is your responsibility to learn from this and move forward. Often failures are a blessing. To endure a single failure and perceive it as the failure of your entire life is a huge mistake. You significantly lose self-image and acquire a false sense of guilt.4. Comparing yourself with other people. You cannot compare yourself to other people because you are different. Each person is unique and has their own list of values ​​that you do not know. People usually compare their weaknesses with other people's strengths. Of course, they are better than you at this, this is their success! It is much more useful to compare yourself with yourself: who you are today with who you were yesterday.5. Setting your priorities so high that they are impossible to achieve. People, due to their inability, often set such high goals for themselves to achieve that achieving them in a short time is almost unrealistic. Of course, they do not achieve these goals, as a result of which the formation of self-esteem goes in the wrong direction, and they stop setting further goals because it is associated with negative experiences.
