Participation in an Art Therapy workshop is an opportunity to be yourself, living a path of free movement from exploring your inner experiences and sensations to considering yourself in space, time and in relationships with others. Each of us always has the opportunity to learn something important about ourselves, to live, to feel our history, to walk our own path. It is important to start doing this now! Because it's good to be yourself! When you open the door to the space of the Art Therapy Workshop, you need to navigate the flow of important concepts for free movement in research, consideration, and self-discovery. The first important concept is art therapy. In English-speaking countries, the term “art therapy” means treatment with “plastic visual creativity,” writes R.B. Haykin. The term “art therapy” is believed to have been first proposed by Adrian Hill. Art; artist (English) – art, artist. The second important concept is the central figure of the art therapeutic process - a person striving for creative self-disclosure, strengthening psychological health, harmonizing emotional well-being, and expanding the range of his capabilities. This may be a result of free movement in the Art Therapy Workshop. In the space of the Art Therapy Workshop, you can gain the experience of creative self-expression by creating unique art objects, writing fairy tales, revealing yourself in photo messages and photo interviews, living and understanding your dreams. This experience will allow you to move freely from exploring your inner experiences and sensations to viewing yourself in space, time and relationships with others. The third important concept is the safe space of the Art Therapy Workshop, conditioned by the following rules of participation: · Trust (openness, trust in one’s feelings, experience, interest in oneself and others, empathy, trusting relationships); · Concentration (attention to oneself and others, concentration on feelings, emotions, empathy); · Cooperation (openness to interaction, interest in the experience of others, co-creativity); · Creativity. Being in the flow of days, months, years, important and significant for each of us, it is important to stop and think about yourself, listen to your experiences and feelings, see yourself in the world of others, because this encourages creative self-expression and the desire to learn something important things about yourself in the safe space of art therapy. It is important to start doing this now! Because it's good to be yourself!
