Have you ever thought about Gratitude. Not gratitude for something specific, but gratitude just like that... You get up in the morning and thank the world and everything that surrounds you just because you exist, for the fact that you are happy and your life is beautiful. In our family it was customary to say thank you to everyone, always and everywhere. It became a habit and when I grew up, I just did it and that’s it. But one day I thought about the difference between thank you and thank you. I once read somewhere , that thank you from the abbreviation God Save, and then I thought about the word thank, because it consists of two words, “Blessing I Give.” It seems like simple words that we say very often, and it seems like we express our gratitude to both, but the meaning in them is different .And I decided that it was more pleasant for me to tell a person that I am giving him a Good, rather than asking God to save him. At the beginning of this practice of mine, people looked at me in surprise, but over time, those who often met with me began to not only accept this it’s natural, but you can say the same thing yourself. Having studied psychology and working with one client, I decided to do a “rite” of gratitude for him, but at the beginning I had to check it. And I myself began to practice this ritual every day, after a few days I noticed positive changes taking place in my life. This ritual has become a custom for me, which I do every day, and every day I am in an excellent mood and all things are happening in the direction I want. The other day I changed it a lot, but before sharing these changes, you need to try to do it for yourself and if there are positive results, then you can share. In the meantime, I decided to share the old ritual with you. Gratitude to everything This is done in the morning, preferably with a bow to the east and smile. Lord! I thank you for my wonderful life, for my ancestors and my descendants. The universe and everything that is in you, I thank you for my wonderful life. for my ancestors and my descendants. I thank the Guardian Angels of all our families and everyone included in them for my wonderful life. for my ancestors and my descendants. I thank all the people who met. meet and will meet on my path, on the path of my ancestors and on the path of my descendants. for the fact that they helped, are helping and will help me, my ancestors and my descendants to grow, develop, improve, improve health and increase our well-being.
