What is the secret of happiness? Philosophers, sociologists, politicians, and psychologists have been pondering this question for thousands of years. And each of us looks for the answer to it almost every day. So what is it? For hedonists - in pleasure and satisfaction. For eudaimonists - in bliss and benefit. For modern foreign scientists - more often in the quality of life and satisfaction with it. For domestic researchers - in subjective or psychological well-being! And for you personally, what is it? There are a lot of synonyms for the word “happiness”: affective experiences, delight, euphoria, positivity... But what does it depend on? Here, too, points of view are divided: some scientists believe - from values, expectations and goals; others - from a stable personality trait, from the ability to rejoice regardless of the influence of life experience. There is even evidence that a person can be happy consistently for four, six or even ten years! What do you think: is human happiness a stable category or a variable? The Danes, according to the UN, are the happiest people in the world. But this does not mean at all that they do not have problems. The harsh climate of the country has forced us to think about the psychological health of the nation at the state level. They even created the Institute of Happiness in order to understand the patterns of this phenomenon and learn how to use it competently! Today in this country there is a dictatorship of happiness))) In all advertising campaigns, in every product, in every social idea - lakke (“happiness” in Danish). Candles, lights, smiles, coffee and cookies! Would you be interested to know what it’s like to live without negativity? As a result of recent scientific discussions, scientists have agreed that a person is happy only when there is a balance between positive and negative emotions .So, one of the formulas sounds like this: “Happiness = a person’s cognitive assessment of his own life + compliance of this assessment with his personal standards.” Does it respond? Moreover, no one denies that the fact of increasing pleasures entails an increased intensity of the need for them in the future. And as a result: “A long-term feeling of happiness is caused by those benefits that a person achieves while pursuing the goals of self-development!” I have been studying the phenomenon for several years and running the online project “School of Happiness.” Do you want to get in? Right now we are enrolling for an online course starting March 1st. Record 89068435680
