My psychological help... to myself... Before, I didn’t do psychology (neither spiritual practices, nor mental images), and I didn’t even have anything like that in my thoughts. I just studied and worked part-time and that’s all . But at that moment I had a mountain of psychological problems: I was wrong about people, problems with others, problems in myself, fears (even going out, it was scary), complexes, the absence of a young man (and generally not understanding the opposite sex), and just There was simply no meaning, hobbies or joy in living; I didn’t know what I liked, what I wanted to do. I thought that others were to blame for all this, but not me. Anyone, but not me. I didn’t realize that the main reason was me. And I had to correct myself, my worldview, and my understanding of life. But instead, I went to doctors, and doctors, and doctors... A mountain of medicines and drugs (which naturally could not solve psychological problems, but only took money and that’s all). The result was zero, or rather empty in my pockets and that’s all. And then one day I came across a book on psychology (if anyone is interested, write in the comments to this article, I’ll send off the title and author of the book), which simply broke me. Namely, it showed that I was living wrong. I was in shock and in tears and... from that I began to change. Gradually, not immediately, results began to appear. Only years later did I sincerely understand what interests me in life and what I like to do. Of course, there was no spiritual guide. I had to read a lot of psychological literature. Over time, the analysis of others began to come (thanks to one psychologist for this method, although he does not have a certificate in this specialty. But I know that he definitely understands people). I got rid of many complexes, I communicate well with the opposite sex (better than guys I understand girls sometimes), a young man appeared. I found interests in life, set goals in life, became interested in spiritual practices, and depression went away. I began to understand children better (before I didn’t know how to approach them at all.) And in general, a lot of interesting things began to happen and a lot changed. Outwardly she remained the same, but internally she changed - maybe not completely, but half as much... Still, psychology is a vital subject for every person and for a happy and more meaningful life.
