The author of more than 100 training programs, as you can see by visiting my video channel on YouTube and typing “Afanasyeva Lilia.” I decided to write this material as a sexologist, psychotherapist and family psychologist, it was formed on the basis of an analysis of female sexual problems. And the point here is this. When I, working with clients, go deep into the problem of anorgasmia, I often have to work with the female sexual identity. And then we come to the image of ourselves who has sex (often, when working on female sexual problems, this is the image leaves much to be desired) in a soft version, or there is none at all. And sometimes in some more complex situations of anorgasmia or vaginismus, we can see the image of a child, and naturally the child or teenager has not formed either sexual desire or sexual behavior. And often the client herself is surprised how she lived with her sexy woman for so many years problem, such as anorgasmia or vaginismus, but could not understand what the main reason is besides the accompanying ones. If a woman, having realized what’s what, sincerely wants to get rid of the problem, then the situation is completely solvable. This was the case with working with my client from Moscow, a girl who was about 30 years old. She complained about her problem of anorgasmia, the fact that she had never had an orgasm, as well as the very desire to have sex; there was an accompanying problem of alibidemia, which is what I began to work with as a sexologist, psychotherapist and family psychologist. I will not describe the whole work, as it would take more than one page. I’ll just touch on the topic of my article, the conversation will be about female sexual identity. We came up with the image of a girl, about 8 years old, she, so to speak, oversaw the sphere of female sexuality of the client. Now, realizing the problematic situation, the girl decided to change her childish appearance. Along the way, we also worked on the topic of psychological maturation. By filling the girl with the resource of sex, which she so needs now, we removed childish behavior from her. Along the way, we added desire and passion. Next, we neutralized negative emotions and fear that nothing would happen again, we filled the client with a positive state. The girl felt that her sexuality began to awaken. She saw how her old transparent shell with a slight gray tint began to change to a positive yellow-pink. The client felt warmth throughout her body and the circulation of energy. But she felt emotional heaviness and a block at chest level. Indeed, all emotions live inside us, and this is an obstacle to changing our state towards a positive one. Family psychologists, sexologists and psychotherapists know this well. We removed from the client the consequences of past negative relationships with men, and her feminine energy began to be filled with new colors, a kind of rainbow-like multicolor. Further, the girl was again thrown into early childhood, when there was no understanding with father, who soon started a new family, and we removed abandonment and dislike from the client. This feeling lived with her for many years, and also did not contribute to building new adequate partnerships with a man, moreover, the latter often abandoned her. Then, not only positive changed energy began to be felt, but also the image of her new sexual identity emerged. It was the image of a cool girl with golden curls, light and bright. All that remained was to fill the client with the sexual aspect of her.
