Good afternoon, Dear Friends! Today let's remember what emotions we have. Let's discuss this topic today. In view of the accompanying explanations of what emotions are and “what they are eaten with,” I will divide the material into two parts. I’ll publish the second one tomorrow. Well, first of all, all emotions are important and we need them. If we don’t like something from them, then it is not the emotion that is to blame. This is a signal to us that it’s time to change something in life. If we try to get rid of some emotion, then most likely it leads to the loss of everyone else. This leads to the fact that life generally becomes gray, filled with nothing. It is important to strive for only one emotion, joy. And this does not mean at all that you need to drink, go out and have fun always and only in this can there be joy, for example. No, joy can also come from sincere self-sacrifice, from serving people. Here, of course, everything is individual. All therapy can be aimed at finding something personal that can bring satisfaction. All other emotions are signals that it is important to be able to notice, accept, interpret, and it is important to be able to use these signals. Of course, to reduce life to the so-called There were no negative emotions at all, it won’t work. Yes, it would even be harmful. Because it is only thanks to them that we notice life. And so, as I wrote earlier, if everything is always good with us, then it will turn out that we were born and died, and did not notice anything in between, since everything was good and did not require our attention. The main thing is that there is satisfaction in general , the main thing is that joy outweighs everything else. I personally am of the opinion that the basic emotions are: - joy. And it can have, like other emotions, different intensities, different colors and, as a result, different names. For example, it can be called like this: pleasure, delight, pleasant, joy, good, pleasure, pleasant surprise, and so on; - sadness (sadness, despondency, grief).
