Today the world requires emotional restraint from us. The predominant attitude is towards a logical understanding of reality. We consider sensitive men and emotional women weak. We are called to act not as we want, but as is generally considered correct. And gradually we are de-energized. We fall into a state of apathy and depression. Over time, we cease to understand what we want. We burn out emotionally and don't know it. We begin to look for new meanings, losing jobs, destroying families. We are looking for existential meaning and falling into esoteric heresy. We are disappointed in everything and everyone. We are overwhelmed by feelings of bitterness and loneliness. We experience a feeling of being cut off from the rest of the world. This state is usually called a crisis. Is this notorious crisis really so inevitable if a person is emotionally liberated, open to himself and lives not according to the principle of obligation, but in accordance with his inner nature? Our brain converts different types of energy that affect a person into psychic energy and back. And he does this through the energy of emotions. Example: You have just watched a movie (direct external influence). It evoked a spiritual response in you. Under the influence of watching, a thought arose. It entailed a whole stream of thoughts, memories, desires, reminded of needs and, perhaps, a plan arose. Once you implement it, it turns out that you have changed your life. Any information is saturated with energy. This energy constantly operates in our consciousness, subconscious and our unconscious. The predominance of positive or negative information content determines the quality of psychic energy in each individual person. The information-energy field of a person includes states familiar to a person, typical turns of speech, emotional reactions, mental beliefs, habits of feeling this and that, character traits, attitudes and priorities. Sometimes, when we meet a person, we just feel with our skin that he emanates despondency. Or that he is apathetic and lazy, although he can be very convincing, depicting activity and mobility. But we don't believe him. What's the matter? We counted the leading charge of his energy from his energy information field. Processed information unconsciously. And they gave a verdict: I don’t believe it! With the help of emotions we come into contact with the surrounding reality. They give us the strength to satisfy our needs, realize our potentials, and realize our ideas and plans. That is, through emotions we influence the environment. To achieve something, you must want to do it. “I want” is the diocese of emotions. A person is controlled by psychic energy. It is worth thinking about someone, remembering, imagining people, events, situations - and in response, needs awaken, certain images, moods, desires, motives arise, or even a specific action is born. You look out the window and suddenly notice an elderly woman. She is carrying a heavy bag of vegetables from the market. And suddenly, obeying a deep impulse, you go to the phone and dial your mother’s number. You are driven at this moment by the psychic energy of emotions. The energy easily spreads in space and easily reaches another person. It can inspire or cool down. We experience the energetic influence of our partners. With some we find it easy; they attract us. We feel uncomfortable with others, we are tense, as if we are being pushed away from them by an invisible wave. Some partners give their energy, while others take it. For support and motivation to achieve, we go to some, for a critical look that cools our ardor and to restrain our impulses, we go to others. The psychic energy of emotions leaves its energetic mark on us. We often say: “he is a warm person”, “it’s cozy with him”, “he feels cold”, “in his presence I forget about time”, “next to this person I always pull myself up internally”, or “in the presence of that type I become an invisible person,” “I want to stay away from him,” and so on. This psychic energy constantly manifests itself ininterpersonal interaction and is the background of all human activity. It is present in any mental state, for example, in moods, experiences, affects. It is an attribute of stable personality traits: character, beliefs, attitudes, needs, moral qualities. This is the energy of our emotions. And we must be able to handle this energy, make it work for us, and not against us. Because it is emotions that fuel our needs, preferences and desires. Thanks to the signaling function of emotions, we learn that some of our needs (physiological, material, spiritual, emotional, mental) are currently in a state of dysfunction, that is, unsatisfied. And we understand that we need to maintain the comfort of our personality. For example, that it is better to interrupt communication with an unpleasant interlocutor. Our preferences indicate to us exactly how, in what way we prefer to satisfy one or another of our needs. And also: what particular need needs to be satisfied first. That is, we evaluate our needs and order them in order of importance, using an emotionally weighted approach. The most urgent need for a person carries the greatest psychoenergetic charge. Even if a person does not speak openly about his preferences, the energy of his emotions gives him away. In an effort to satisfy his current needs, a person is very active, assertive, sometimes hasty, aggressive and often ruthless. The energy of emotions permeates every act of our life even when it remains unconscious to us. For example: when feeling hungry, a person eats hastily, his movements may be fussy. He can take food straight from the pan. And only as it becomes saturated does it slow down and the movements become calmer. A person becomes able to receive aesthetic pleasure from food. He begins to pay attention to the table setting, remembers manners, he is no longer indifferent to how he looks at this moment in the eyes of others, and even his own. At first, the emotion of pleasure, anticipation of satisfying hunger drowned out the voice of reason, and only after a certain stage of saturation did this emotion weaken and reason came into its own, reminding us of the need to eat beautifully. Through desires, we translate our preferences into certain actions. Some are literally torn by the energy of exorbitant or competing desires - both hunting and this is necessary. For example: a person dreams of purchasing a house, but finds himself unable to go on a financial diet and cut down on his daily operating expenses, does not want to organize an additional source of income, or start working more. After some time, a breakdown occurs: the nervous system cannot withstand the pressure of the energies of needs, preferences and desires. As a result, we have a person with mental maladaptation - with anxiety, stress, neurosis, psychopathology. It’s like someone is “lucky”. Or, protective emotional mechanisms are overly activated - avoidance, self-deception, apathy, depression, aggression and further along the entire list of neurotic psychodefenses. Our personality almost all the time needs information about our own well-being and self-sufficiency: I am, I exist, I manifest and realize myself, I have my own characteristics, I satisfy my claims, interests and rights, I am significant for myself and for others. That is, in psychological stroking. That is why in difficult moments of life we need someone next to us who will not turn away, who will not abandon us, someone who will support us and tell us: well, you did something crazy, but I’m still with you. It allows us to experience a painful moment when we are not at our best. When the lack of self-confidence is filled by another’s faith in us. Our psyche needs changes. They provide a new influx of psychic energy through discoveries and shocks. Stagnation of emotions turns our inner life into an energetic swamp. Boredom signals to us that it is time to reconsider something, make changes, redirect the focus of our attention to other sources of mental stress.energy. Irritation shows that factors that dissatisfy us have arisen. Envy draws our attention to the things in which we feel inferior to others and this upsets us. Our psyche is “curious.” The emotion of interest, curiosity, even everyday curiosity creates a new dominant in the cerebral cortex and this allows some areas that were previously involved and tired to rest. And other parts of the brain, under the influence of the new, connect and start working. Therefore, we are happy to take on the challenge of mastering something new and unknown. The energy of inclinations is transformed in the process of this activity into the energy of abilities, and that into the energy of skills and abilities. This expands the boundaries of our personality and makes subjective reality very pleasant and positive. In addition, it influences the formation of objective reality. We begin to really like our reality and the world in which we live. And as a result, the world begins to like us. Emotions have the ability to accumulate, preserve and release energy at the right moment. They influence both our thinking style and our behavior. The supply of energy is always stored in emotions. By freeing our psyche from emotional clamps and blocks, we unlock a huge amount of pent-up mental energy. After this, a person has the strength to do something that he could not even imagine before, or simply could not imagine that he could do something like that in reality, and not just in his imagination. And, most importantly, he does it “suddenly” easily, elegantly, swiftly and very beautifully. Most often, emotions are ahead of the intellectual processing of information, since they are directly related to sensations (Physics). We suddenly feel a distance that cannot be shortened, we suddenly begin to carefully select our words, and after some time we receive direct or indirect confirmation that we did the right thing. There was absolutely no time for logical analysis at that moment. They acted intuitively. On a whim. Guided by the sensory sense (Physics) and emotional perception (Emotions) of the communication partner. You can really think about your decision later. After completing the action and leaving contact. Therefore, V. Boyko was right when he said that “emotions are a system of quick, proactive response.” While the cumbersome mind, burdened with knowledge, experience, moral values, behavioral stereotypes, is shaking, emotions have already worked and given the person his true desires, or a defensive reaction against them has worked. Emotions—any kind—always defend our personal integrity and help preserve our self-image. A banal, most common example: a woman understands that she should pay more attention to children, everyday life, and family. But at the same time he wants to achieve professional growth and certain career heights. Therefore, she devotes a lot of effort to her work. The inconsistency of individual elements of consciousness (Logic) is a heavy burden for the psyche (how to be able to simultaneously be an equally wonderful mother, wife, housewife and at the same time be a wonderful specialist, a competitive professional in your field?). Accumulated intellectual tension can find a way out through discharge in the form of defensive aggression, in the form of remorse or a depressive state. That is, even negative emotions contribute to maintaining the integrity of the human psyche. Such a woman shouted at her children for the mess and unlearned lessons, suffered over what a bad mother and housewife she was, sat in slight lethargy in front of the TV screen, clicked the remote control, mindlessly switching from channel to channel, and in the morning she got up and went to work. With the help of emotional release, nervous tension was relieved, and the psyche retained its integrity, and the woman received some time reserve to find a solution to the conflict between the multidirectional vectors of her desires. And, perhaps, the energy of anger will push her to finally demand the promised promotion from her boss. Or, on the contrary, driven by a feeling of guilt, she will be able to free up evening time and become.
