(A fairy tale for senior preschool and primary school age.)In one seaside town, the name of which no one remembers, but everyone knows, in the Bay of Joy there lived a White Boat - Tugboat. Among the other ships, he was the smallest, but everyone loved him and, trying to show their kind attitude towards him, often invited him to go out with them for a walk in the Sea. The ship never refused a walk with adults; he knew that he would be protected from big waves and from strange objects lying at the bottom. His favorite thing to do was hang out with the Big Freighter, Flea. The tugboat often escorted him from the bay to the open sea, and then met him. In the evenings, Flea told his little friend about the adventures that happened to him during the day. Most of all, Tugboat liked it when Flea talked about the Ocean, about its endless expanses, about Icebergs, which he met when he swam to the other end of the body of water, about storms of 12 points, which more than once forced Flea to say goodbye to his tin life. Tugboat, Listening to these stories, I decided for myself a long time ago that he would not stick a single propeller into the ocean. If such passions happen to Big ships, then what will happen to me - with the little White ship. And every time, when it was necessary to sail to the Ocean on assignment, the Tugboat simply began to get sick, either the hold would leak, or the propeller would break, or he simply would not be envious, so other ships had to go on such missions. But then one day his friend Flea broke down in the open ocean, and none of the small ships were in the bay. For the sake of his friend, he decided that he had to swim into the ocean. He gathered all his tin strength and headed across the open sea to the ocean to his friend. Sailing on the sea, he encouraged himself: “Now we’ll go out into the Ocean, there’s sunshine... Complete calm... Quiet, calm, and the Captain’s grace... Now we’ll quickly pick up Flea and before we know it, we’ll find ourselves at home.” But when the Tugboat found itself in the middle of the open ocean, a storm began like a bolt from the blue. The poor ship was tossed along the huge waves, so that it seemed that it would burst at the seams, everything that could not crack. He was doused with icy water, and he was afraid that he would stall and would not be able to save his friend. “For Flea’s sake, for his sake, I must get there and help him, I simply must...!” And so the Tugboat gathered all his strength, clamped the engine into an iron fist, hid his fear away and swam more confidently along the designated course. Somewhere in the distance, a familiar silhouette flashed, the voice of a dear friend was heard, “I thought that you wouldn’t come, and I would have to drift along the waves to God knows where. Now you are baptized by the Ocean." The tugboat was so glad to see his friend safe and sound that he was no longer worried about the storm, nor the huge waves, nor the lightning that flashed above his head. He took his friend in tow, and together they headed to Joy Bay. Since then, the White Ship was no longer afraid to go out into the open Ocean.
